Tater Nuts: Was quoted "no more than 150$" on the phone, with no exceptions at least stated. Show up to the business to find that was SPECIFICALLY if purchasing a dash cam with them, again, never mentioned on the phone. So, not only was there an up-charge, there was not a single dash cam to purchase for the "discount" anyway, as they were OOS. 220$+ to mount a dash cam (Front+Back) and run a wire to the fuse panel. Next time I will watch some YouTube videos and save on both money and hassle. Proprietary skills doesn't mean impossible. Bunch of chuckleheads, and another example of a specialized field bending folks over.

J: They do a rush job and it shows. Just had to tear my doors apart to fix ANOTHER of the many mistakes I’ve seen come out of there. Everything from them scratching plastic in corner of windshield to take covers off to set a tweeter on a piece of plastic just to use cover to hold it down(cover wouldn’t even clip into place it was so high up) to not even doing a few simple measurements before cutting into door panels for an tweeter. When I came in to have them fix it, guy got hostile and told me that they would no longer work on my vehicle (like I would bring it back) after they fixed it. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Valencia Douros: I originally rated 5 star for my remote car starter install. I am changing my review as wires were cut to splice in system with out proper connectors, just electrical tape. It ended up costing me over $8K in repairs plus $280 for a tow to Subaru dealership. All of my circuits were fried.

Gwendolyn Ringwelski, M.Ed.: I will never go to or recommend Duke's Car Stereo. I went to Duke's for help to make my car stereo louder and I did not have alot of money. I ended up FINANCING OVER $2000 and my stereo still WAS NOT what I initially went to Duke's. The staff COMPLETELY took advantage of my lack of knowledge of car stereo options/equipment, did not ask me ONE question and I had NO IDEA what I was purchasing. After A WHOLE DAY of installation, I wasn't even out of the parking lot, volume maxed and was unsatisfied. I then, went right back into Duke's explaining to them that my stereo was not loud enough and no where near from what I INITIALLY went there for...Duke's staff said for an extra $350, I could get another Sub. By far, one of the worst, most costly, unprofessional experience I have ever been through. By far, the WORST PART is I LIVE for my music in my car, its my EVERYTHING. Not only do I not have a system, I have a $2000 bill I have no idea what to do with.

Mitchell Dailey: Sloppy install on subwoofers. Scratched my stock subwoofer all to hell. Wires they tucked underneath my steering wheel fell out and are hanging out now. Also had an amp fuse blow within a few months. Didn't mount my box in the trunk. Expensive install for cheap workmanship.
benshady77: Don't go there to get work done, management is very argumentative and hostile. I would go anywhere else before here. Unless you like to argue about why you want what you want. I can't count how many times I've been in there watching their manager argue with people. I would goto the one on dort hwy over Miller rd.

Tinting, remote starters, radios, rims, and understands how cars are assembled. He has different hours, but every time I see him he is busy.
Craig Viar: Went there once to have a radio installed. It was a good experience, fair price. Because of that I decided a year later to go there again when I needed to get an FM Modulator and have them install it. I should have researched 1st, then I would have known they were selling me a $20 part with a half hour install for $140. And my radio reception is terrible ever since.

Justin Savage: Great bunch of people. Very knowledgeable and helpful. When I went to add the interface for stock steering wheel radio controls they were more than helpful. I wanted to retain the wheel controls after installing a aftermarket head unit in my wife's car. I purchased the interface and they told me exactly how to hook it up. One guy actually ran a special wire in the parking lot in the winter to make the install easier. I'd definitely send people their way

Ky Thomas: Went to purchase a Rockford Fosgate 4 channel amplifier. Was told by thier other store that they were an authorized Rockford dealer and yes they match Rockfords pricing.After driving there I was told by the manager that he would not match or honor Rockfords pricing because he has more into the amp. I would avoid Dukes all together prices are way over priced. Check the internet before purchasing from them and see how much of a rip off they are.

Tech guy: Took my car here on a Wednesday morning at 9am to have a preloaded sub with amp installed to my stock stereo. It was done by 12:30pm They did great at installing and everything works excellent. The gentleman I dealt with was super cool and really appreciated him answering my newbie questions.

O.k he said it be here in two to three days. Quess what yes it was within two day of an month. O.k. I was patient. He call me the part is In after work I went to get my new radio put in. O.k now he told me I need to buy another part if I want my seatbelts alarm to work o.k. so I said go ahead and put it In. Half hour later he said it will not fix and they dont have one to fix my car I getting mad and madder o.k I said could I speak to the manager. I waited and waited and waited. Then this kid come back and said your car ready I said were the manager he said he left gone home I said what yell he went home. O.k. I paid my bill and left. I never heard anything like this before. U ask to speak to an manager and he left and went home. please dont take your car there I had very bad experiences. Also the kid told me my safety belt chimes wasn't working. I quess he was going to add another surprise on me.Be careful.
Tyler Tasker: Literally just said the guy I bought my car from cut off the radio harness so I had too hard wire it and my radio is pushing but i can't figure out why my subs aren't and the dude said he had no idea what I was talking about at all and too just bring it in meaning he was probably gonna have me bring it in so he could do a bunch of bs and charge me for it. Not very welcoming on the phone would much rather drive the extra 5 minutes too the other dukes where they work with you very well.
