Some people have questions, or health issues they need to discuss and if you are complaining about the wait time... one thing Dr. Patel is worth the wait, and second of all he has a lot of patients and emergencies that come up during his appointment times. This Doctor right here.... is a great one, one of the best... so stop complaining. I had a heart attack at 37, due to genetics and have one stent in my LAD, The Widowmaker, and two other unfixed blockages that is worth the wait in his office for my concerns of the status of my heart, and tests if needed and guess what? I have a lot of questions that Dr. Patel clearly explains to me. That is the Doctor you want. Patience is a virtue.

He listened to the extreme struggle ide been having with just trying to breath while working , walking, or carrying anything at all. He instantly told me I surely had a blockage and he could immediately address this problem. I had 90% blockage in my heart artery, he fixed that and after an entire year of my regular physician saying I had asthma, I just should stop smoking and it would go away, ect, Dr. Ahmed , in 1 brief visit, knew the problem and quickly got to work to save my life!!!

The snafu was a woman named Stacy came out and told me if I sign off I can never come back to the practice again ever. Her inflated ego and rudeness were so unprofessional I was blown away. Shelly Briggs: I understand the caution they take because of covid but I am very disappointed that they refused to let me see the doctor with my mother. As her caregiver I need to know what is going on and she often can not remember to ask questions or even remember what the doctor tells her. Been here 3 times for the same reason and I still don't know what is going on with my mom. I even explained to them why I needed to go in with her. They didn't care. Asked if I could speak with her doctor, after the visit, nope.

Debbie Hancock: My daughter was referred to this place by her obstetrician. She is 6 months pregnant and is experiencing some arrhythmia and rapid heart beat. I, her mother, was diagnosed with gestational tachycardia when I was 7 months pregnant for her 30 years ago. Today This office treated her with pure disrespect. She could hear the office staff talk about her while she waited in a room and told me: This staff person literally said “she doesn’t know what that means. These people write all kinds of things”She was dismissed very quickly with no advice or direction by Dr. Predeteanu. I would not recommend anyone to be referred to this office.

Rob wise: Plan for about a 3 hour appointment. Even if it is to just talk to your doctor. Wate time is about a hout to 1 1/2 befor you go back to wate for another 30min to a hour befor you talk to your doctor.Dr.hazney will lie to your face

Pam: Dr Hasnie was assigned to my husband in 2009 when he went into the ER with a "widow maker." This is typically a fatal heart attack. His heart now shows nearly no signs of ever having suffered a heart attack. Dr. Hasnie also treats my step-daughter, and myself. I would highly recommend him. He is extremely thorough, considers all details of your health history, and will provide you with the best cardiology care.

John Madeiros: Dr. Hasnie has no compassion or empathy for his patients. My father was diagnosed with terminal cancer and was awaiting to get a second opinion. My father has a mechanical heart valve and in order to get a second opinion needed to meet with Dr. Hasnie to receive a prescription for Lovanox. Dr. Hasnie's office was booked for almost a month in advance and we were forced to re-schedule my dad's appointments with his oncologist in Ann Arbor. Dr. Hasnie's office called us the day of my father's appointment and informed us that the appointment was rescheduled to a hour before the previous time. We arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment and waited 2 hours after the scheduled time while my dad became nauseous and began puking. I informed the staff at the time that we had been waiting for 2 hours and they told me that we were the next to be evaluated. Dr. Hasnie arrived with my father's chart and was unaware that he had a mechanical heart valve. He proceeded to ask him why he had a valve? This was very disturbing to me knowing that he was holding my father's chart in his hand and didn't take the time look over his chart before proceeding to evaluate him. He listened to my father's heart and asked him why we were there to see him? After we informed him that we needed to take him off his current blood thinner, Coumadin, and bridge him over to Lovanox, he informed us to remain in contact with his assistant. He spent a total of 3 minutes with my father and family before leaving.During this time the holidays were occurring so it was difficult getting in contact with his assistant. After I was able to contact her she informed me that my father did not need to bridge from Coumadin to Lovanox rather we just had to withhold his Coumadin for 24 hours. They informed us that he had to be on a antibiotic prior to his procedure and told us to figure out how we were going to get a IV antibiotic into him. We were finally able to get my father his antibiotic before his procedure although Dr. Hasnie was no help at all. This man should not be a doctor if he does not understand what is going on with his patients or let alone read their charts to have a general idea before providing any care. This man cares more about people making office visits to make a quick buck rather than having any concern or empathy for the patient and their families. Please avoid this man at all costs and do not let him be involved in any of you or your family's care. Because of Dr. Hasnie and his games, it cost us valuable precious time with my father and a chance at extending his life. This man is very heartless and cruel!

His patience and understanding to my needs were extremely comforting. The staff in the office were amazing. Very helpful from scheduling and making sure I was comfortable. Did not have to wait a long time for an appointment. Office setting was very comfortable and extremely clean. Didn’t have to wait as long as I expected being a specialist office. I highly recommend Dr Hassan and will refer all friends and family as needed.

Danielle Nettleton: *UPDATE* 3/20/2019My husband has now went thru his 3rd surgery in just over a year. The leads were not properly placed back in November during his original lead replacement and when my husband went in for surgery here at U of M in Ann Arbor both leads fell out of the device causing him to have to have the same lead replaced for the 2nd time in 3 months.The issue we had was communication. Staff was giving information that only a doctor should have given out. We took it to heart and attempted to plan around the event. When asking for additional tests to verify a problem the response given was one of annoyance and frustration. When my husband came out of surgery while still under anesthesia, he made a comment that got blown out of proportion. We feel like things could have been handled much differently.

Lewis Goodman: Got my pacemaker placed January of 2018. October my pacemaker needed maintenance on a lead that broke. I am about to under go another operation to get my pocket reconstructed. You see my pacemaker is now all sorts of out of place. I have been in constant pain and u can see the lead line as well. Not only unsightly but very painful. I know options are limited but find yourself someone else!

Mrs Lowe: I would like to start by stating that Dr. Raj is a fantastic physician. He is kind, gentle and knowledgable. I have been a patient for 10+ years. However, I simply cannot remain a patient as some of the office staff is simply intolerable. My recent appointment was the "third strike" in being treated rudely by the Medical Assistant who took my vitals and set me up in the room for the doctor. I have tried to show grace in previous appointments, but it is ridiculous to be barked at simply for stepping on the scale to take your own weight. In addition, she realized my distaste for the way I was being treated, I looked at her name tag and it was flipped over. She was curt and angry and this is the third time she behaved this way to me. She and another staff member then used a patient's full name and birthdate outloud while discussing what medication was to be sent and to what pharmacy. Not professional. Another staff member was complaining about another patient, all while I was just waiting to check out. I just can't. I own a business and would never allow such negativity in my practice.

DAWN OBDZIEJEWSKI: I never dealt with this office before and they keep calling my home number thinking its a fax line. They start calling 6am, which is against the law in the first place and it continues every 7 minutes thereafter. I had contacted them a few months back about this and it stopped for a little bit but then started again 2 weeks ago. Iam going to get the local authorities involved on this. This is getting ridiculous, especially waking the whole family up at 6am in the morning.

He said she was not really worth the operation, as she is old….not good quality of life. Are you kidding me!!! We were all in shock. Told her to basically go home, and ya know….enjoy the last of your days on this earth. Despicable! I would never suggest this dr to anyone. Don’t take your loved ones to him.

Michelle Johnson: If I could score this lower I would. My mother had a stroke 2 years ago and Dr. Changezi saw her in the hospital. After her release she was experiencing a lot of dizziness and blood pressure issues. After being referred back to Dr. Changezi by her primary care doctor, and visits to a neurologist and ENT. She asked Dr Changezi a simple question "When will all of this get better?" His response was "probably when the casket closes". We were shocked. He played it off as making light of the situation. But it was very unprofessional. We had heard wonderful things about him as a doctor and understand everyone has different experiences. I have found this a lot in dealing with doctors and older patients, mostly passing the buck and not really trying to help the patient.
