Tarina Swanson: I rode today for a cost of $110 for 30 minutes and I tipped the driver as well. Carriage was quite lovely and the upholstered seats were beautiful red velvet. Staff was kindly, especially when I asked for no picture or narration.My review is for the horse. This horse was constantly rearing his head and at times quite forcefully, turning his head to the right and stopping often. I asked why and the driver said that it's his personality trait.Please know that the ride for the first 10 minutes along the river was delightful, but once we came around to the neighborhood and then shop area the horse's behavior changed and the rearing was so much that I wanted to end the ride.I didn't buy that it was his personality trait whatsoever after what I was witnessing.I looked up many educational websites on horse behavior during my ride. Rearing could be a personality trait, but not if it was occurring nonstop. Most causes are from pain, driver pulling back on the reins too much or anxiety.I believe its a combination. Furthermore, I saw my horse come by multiple times as I was seated on a bench for 3 hours waiting for my party and the last time that I saw him he was foaming at the mouth.I am just wondering if a less stressful route could be mapped out, are the horses watered often and shouldn't they be changed out and rested after x amount of hours?See I don't mind the money, I care about the horses. That ride disturbed me very much because it was causing that animal distress. I am still thinking about it at 5 am writing this review. There is no joy in that.

Johnathan Coursey: Took my wife and two kids and it was a very nice time. My son felt like he was a celebrity the whole time it was great.
Meghan Jones: The lady who took the picture blatantly lied to us! We asked her several times if our 2 year old daughter was looking at the camera in the picture, she looked at the photo on her camera and said yes. When we got the picture she was NOT looking at the camera at all. The entire back of her head was facing the camera!
Kellsie Evans (Kellsie Nicole): Extremely disappointed this time around. My family and I always do this when we come to Frankenmuth. So we left actually frustrated this time. We had to wait 10-15 minutes (which was fine) however a storm was coming in and as the horses got back the ladies were all getting their raincoats out.. obviously expecting it to rain. The older women taking the pictures was rushing to take our pictures and trying to direct my daughter and seemed to be getting annoyed. My daughter is speech delayed and had no idea what you were saying in and out of the carriage for the photos. Please be patient and just assume not every child can understand.. I assumed since the girls grabbed raincoats that they would put the side plastic on the carriage. They did not and within 5 minutes of our walk it started pouring, we were soaked back there. Every time the horse would stop and go water would pour in all over the side of us. When we got back we honestly thought they would say we weren’t going to charge full price because of how soaked we were and that they didn’t put the side plastic on. Instead she tried to sell us on our pictures and spend more money! Maybe she should have given pictures to the families that were just soaked for free as a sorry ?!

Kayley Ternan: Little pricey but worth it. It was do relaxing and nice way to see frankenmuth.
Jason Snyder: Rates are a bit expensive for what it is, but in line with prevailing rates in the area. Fun to do once.
Austin Ramos: Took the family for a ride and got some nice family photos they took. Staff was very friendly and our kids even got to pet our horse after.
Mark Barnes: Our kids had a great time. We had to make an appointment for the next day but it was so worth it. Kids loved it and really neat to go through frankenmuth at Christmas time

Elizabeth Truxell: Can't say enough about these lovely people. They made my birthday special and even rerouted our trip since the neighborhood wasn't quite all lit up for Christmas. We got a souvenir blanket and 2 pictures that were ready for us when we returned. We went in the evening and it was just perfect. I highly recommend going over the covered bridge (weather permitting) and just listen to the Christmas music play and the hooves clip clopping over the bridge. What an amazing experience! Thank you!
