Rosalie VazQuez: I made an appointment to get my chimney cleaned. Fifteen minutes go by and no one comes. I called and they said they would call me back. Now 30 minutes past my appointment time, and no call back. I called them and they said the person didn’t pick up. I canceled the appointment and went with someone else.Poor business
Abby Forstner: Said they would inspect 4 different times, when I followed up for the final time they showed up with no equipment said they would be back in the morning and no showed. Clearly don’t want my business

Alexander Lessnau: Josh and his team were quick to quote, always responsive and pulled our job ahead in schedule when an opening appeared. The rework they performed on our chimney is so good you could never tell that it has been repaired. I would happily recommend Bugh & Sons to anyone looking to get masonry work done on their home.
Anna Taylor: Typical contractor…shady after being paid. Our basement fills with smoke when we run our fireplace on the main level… and he has yet to come and fix the problem…when it’s been over a month. Find someone else if you want to ensure the job gets done correctly.
Carolyn Fortier: We had Kaleb, who is a very nice young man clean our two chimneys and all the cleanouts. What a great job! They hadn't been done in three years and because I had a broken leg last year and stayed in our lower level, we burned our woodstove ALL the time. Feels good to know they are clean and in good shape. 10 stars!

Knowing absolutely zero about old homes or chimneys in general we had no idea what was needed. We feel secure knowing that the work was done right and actually ahead of the time frame they gave us.
