There was a lot of paperwork to do, but Jennifer was knowledgeable and professional and the entire procedure went very smoothly. The Sec of State web site is a bit confusing here and there and navigating it takes a lot of patience, but our office visit couldn't have gone better. Well done Jennifer! :-D

Franklin Braden: Scheduling online and getting the appointment, easy. Getting in fast at the appointment time easy.But the staff is rude, condescending and not knowledgable. I was sent out of the location 3 imes on the same day with the wrong information from 3 different people. Then the workers who had been there longer would not help. They kept sending me to the new person who had no clue. I ened up calling the SOS in Lansing and they apologized for what transpired. I will not be back. Emily needs more training or to work a different job.
