I had purchased an off-the-rack tuxedo for a formal event and when Ben was finished it looked and fitted like a bespoke custom Tom Ford. My son was buying dress shirts and having them made into short sleeved shirts. When I tell you the quality and attention to detail were amazing... again, that is an understatement. Give him your business. It's worth it.

Michelle S: Absolutely terrible! They can't even hem a pair of pants correctly. One leg is 3 inches shorter than the other. Seamtress (I believe it was the owner) insisted on only measuring one leg during orginal fitting.

Muneera Ahmed: I have never written a review but I am still upset over my experience here. I went in to get a dress altered and after she pinned everything and we were all done she priced it at $120! I paid $100 for the dress. I needed it hemmed, taken in just slightly from the shoulders and a piece to cover the chest area. Well needless to say I was shocked at the price and she kept insisting that she couldn't give me a better price. I left really upset and looked around for another place. I found someone to do everything for me for $50. I truly feel like she was trying to take advantage of me. How can someone be that cruel. Her pricing was completely outrageous.

D G: I don’t know what to say. I am heart broken that our flag has been disrespected. I need to wear this jacket this Sunday yet the flag is upside down. If you don’t know what that means then google it.I just don’t think I can ever go back cause I don’t think our flag is held in high esteem in this establishment.This, in my opinion is horrible. I was pressed to get to another engagement, so I’m just as guilty for not double checking the work. I’ve had several alterations done from Claire but this is a game changer and not in the most positive way.I would like to apologize for all those who have to look at this picture but I had to capture this horrendous act of disregard for our nations flag.If I didn’t know better I might think Colin Kappernick works in the back room!

TrudyAnne: Horrible, Horrible company. Ruined my mother's dress and refused to pay for it or even offer free service seeing that she has been a loyal customer. I would warn people to go elsewhere because if they mess anything up, clearly they aren't willing to fix it

Buffington Bros: I purchased a brand new red dress from Macy's for my 50th birthday. I wanted them to press it. On the day of my party, my red dress was stretched in the front. I went to the cleaners before the party to show them the black dress which they also pressed. It had what I thought was a scorched mark on it. The next business day my husband took both dresses to them. They fixed the black one and kept the red one for over a week. The owner purchased the same dress from Macy's. She refused to give me the new dress. I tried both dresses on and the new one fit snug just like the one I brought in before they stretched it. She wanted me to take my dress back to Macy's after they made the mistake. I will never bring any clothes to be cleaned here and I will tell everyone I know about this incident. I will put it on Facebook. When you have a problem with a business the best way is to hit their pockets.
