I bought a refurbushed HP laptop from here about a year ago, and had to take it in for virus removal a few weeks ago because the computer was slowing down and crashing completely. That was totally my fault becaue I let the protection expire and didn't renew it. They did the diagnosis for free, and removed the virus for $68.00 out the door (their regular fee for virus removal). When I got home I found out not only did they remove the virus, but they put unlimited McAfee Virus protection on my computer as well as the 2007 Windows Office suite for free. They knew I was a student and was having hard time affording all of these things and they really took care of me. The whole time my computer was in the shop they called me daily to keep me updated on the status of my repair, too. Now my computer runs better than ever, and I have everything that I need and more. I will never go anywhere else again for any of my computer needs. Why would I? They sell computers and accessories for offices and home, and fix them. Bottom line: I really felt like I was treated with respect, and that I got a great deal and individualized attention. I would recommend them to anyone!
