Duane Stone: I took my computer there for updating to Windows 10. I didn’t use it for a couple months and the password expired. I called them for assistance on how to gain access to my PC (due to me not remembering) and was told to call somewhere else their not assisting residential clients. It would have been better if they weren’t able to help me (based on their company policies) or they didn’t know how to just say it, as opposed to turning down my business. This is not the way to gain repeat service!
