Bob Wright: They did an fabulous job diagnosing and fixing my Dell 2 in 1 laptop.They figured out the problem my laptop was having in one day.Then they ordered the part and I took my laptop home while we waited for the new part to arrive.I dropped off my laptop the morning the new part arrived.They had it installed and I picked up my laptop the same day.Great service.Great price.I will definitely go back.

I was not informed of what was needed or the cost until the repair was complete even though I made multiple calls for updates.Took my Dell laptop in for simple power adaptor issues, laptop came back with major speaker issues as well as performance issues that were not present prior.Don’t recommend.

Rebecca Treib: Josh saved my life! I left my charger at my office for my laptop all the way in Ann Arbor. I panicked when my laptop died and I didn’t have a charger on hand. My MIL told me to call these guys, that they would for sure have it and they did! I called Josh and told him make of my laptop and he had the charger waiting for me at the counter when I walked in. Joe D: Wish I would have known about this place years back. Just bought a laptop and will certainly give them my business going forward. Who needs to spend $1000 on a new laptop when a used one does the same thing for way less. Think about it this way. Nobody leases a low end computer. A leased computer is the top end, well made and built to last machine. The stuff you get new from Walmart isn't top end, it's the cheapest thing they can get. I'd rather buy a 2 or 3 year old lease trade than a new cheapo. Same with cars.

Gregoire Bolduc: My son's eight year old laptop had a keyboard that was acting up. Since it's been working fine otherwise, we decided to check out local repair shops and CompuNinjas came up.Their service is by appointment. Turns out the keyboard was faulty, but replaceable. Parts were ordered and his laptop was ready in about ten days. Best of all, the cost was less than the estimate!It's been a week and the laptop is still working fine!Highly recommend.
Dand: Very possibly one of the nicest IT guys you’ll meet. Explained all the issues with my laptop, the owner made no false promises unlike many other repair stores would have, he told me the reality of my devices lifespan, and the current technical difficulties it was suffering. I will absolutely, without hesitation return if I need any technology repaired, and I highly recommend anyone to do the same.

Chris For Christ: I foolishly left about 1,000 pictures on an SD card from when I first got my camera through the entire summer. While preparing a YouTube slideshow with those, the SD card crashed right in front of my eyes. I was in danger of losing everything.Jackie at CompuNinjas saved my life. He was able to retrieve probably 90% or more of the content (still have to see what I can salvage). While I got lucky that he was able to recover these, I realized it wasn't going to be 100% He also recommended good backup and storage options.My photography backlog is saved, thanks to him! Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Jonathan Gates: I’ve used CompuNinjas on a few different occasions and they’ve also been very fast and friendly. I had my Microsoft surface crash and they were able to recover and reset it for me. Similar situation with my wife’s older laptop and they were able to save everything and back it up to an external device for us- saved so many pictures! Good people for sure.
