Lenora Seale: Just finished my training late this summer and I know that I got the best training from Ms. Gail Manning! The the staff are very helpful and informative! I highly recommend this institution for anyone interested going into area of study!

Mishari Ryan: Charter health care training center is the best place to obtain a wide range of healthcare skills. The staff are friendly and helpful but beyond that they treat you like family. Ms. Shunda is more than an administrator, she ensures you have all the information and set up for a successful completion of the course you choose. Ms. Shunda always speaks and probes questions how your doing in class even if it’s in passing, no matter how busy her day is. You aren’t just a number in this institution, they all want you successful. Ms. Manning is the best educator I have ever come across in the last 20 years. She will ensure you not only know the material but you retain it as well. Ms. Manning always goes the extra mile but as a student she expects you do the necessary work and meet her halfway which is well within reason. when you ask questions she gives detailed responses and explanations. Charter health care training center gives students a safe space to learn and better themselves without judgement which is also important. I highly recommend this establishment!

Desi Whitney: I took the Pharmacy Tech class here. Miss J is the best instructor you could ask for! This class opened my eyes to a whole world of Pharm Tech possibilities that I had no idea about. It's a lot of information in a short period of time which makes it intense but it's totally worth it! If you're considering this class or even the CNA class here, make sure you stop by the Greater Flint Health Coalition to see if you qualify for the FHEO program to cover the cost of the class!

Charter Health Care Training Center: My experience at Charter Health Care Training was really great; it was actually a breeze and challenging some days but was well worth it at the end. Mrs. Krueger, Mrs. Dunsire, and Shunda are very inspiring instructors and individuals and are wonderful at what they do. I love the passion in Mrs. K’s teaching. Charter Health Care Training Center (Charter): Charter Health Care was a great experience for me and was fast paced with great people and I had a wonderful time. Betsie Reed: Honestly so disappointed. A complete lack of communication from day one. Today should be my graduation date, and I can't even get an email response about anything. The education I received was so far off track from what I was told I would receive (Billing and Coding) and I think I might be qualified to answer phones and make minimum wage now that I am done. I get plenty of communication about sharing on social media but cannot even get a response about what I am to do next now that my qualifications for completion are met. Not even something stating I am done. I completed my externship then nothing. Like I dropped off their map.

Jessica osika: 18,000 of debt for a job that pays 10-12 dollars an hour. WHAT A JOKE. Do not waste your time or money on this scam of a school.

Suzanne Barber: This place will charge you $17k just to go make $11-$13 an hour. Whether or not you’ve had family pass they will call you at the funeral and ask why you aren’t in class. Not to mention after I graduated and looked for a new job (where career services is supposed to help you find a new job) NEVER called me back. Just don’t go here. They do not care about you, they want your money and that’s it.

Ronneisha Suggs: Don’t do it.!!!!! I started this program at 17y/o I realized within the first few weeks it was no longer the program for me. I withdrew and still got calls and messages. They were still marking me as attending and instead of following the guidelines they still charged me $4,125. In attempts to remove the amount or have the correct balance put into place they then proceeded to tell me pay that or pay $23,000 this school is only on it for quick money and it’s pathetic .! Would not recommend

Stephanie Johnson: Ross education was a good place for me the director and the staff were very helpful. Ross gave me a help when needed it was more like a family. I would encourage anyone who wants to further their career to come to Ross. The help is here come go to Ross all you have to do is make the call and go to school if I can do it you can to.

Kayla’Kay J.: Ross has been a big help in my life. I NEVER like going to school/college but this environmen is way different. I look forward to getting to class and seeing my teacher, it's like a get away. As soon as you walk into the building you instantly can feel positive engery. There's always smiles and happy spirits that fills the air at Ross. My teacher Mrs.Stephanie has to be the most understanding woman I have ever met. She makes learning so easy and is never in a bad mood. Ross has changed my life in so many ways. I would recommend this program to EVERYONE looking for a second chance. I could definitely write more great things about Ross but it would turn into a book.#FutureDentalAssistantUpdate(01/19/2020): so as you may know, time as went by since initially doing this review(about 3 years) and I do have a lot of updates. For one I do regret going to Ross. I wish I just would of attended more for two years and got my degree. Ross will misinform you or try to make it seem like you will leave with a degree which you don’t. In student debt of over $10,000 for what? A certificate of completion and my x-ray certification? NOT WORTH IT, NOT WORTH IT, NOT WORTH IT! Stay away from Ross. This is for people that are “trying to find the easy way out out”. I regret coming here with a passion, not to mention before I left the school, leaving a good review was MANDATORY! Now that I’ve been in my career 3 years I have a different perspective. I’m currently back in school to become a dental hygienist and wish I would of done this before even considering Ross.

Corinna Gonzalez: When I first started I worried that I would not be able to finish the program. There was even a point where I considered quitting. I chose to stay and have learned a great deal since then. The teachers are not only knowledgeable, but they care. They care if you pass or fail. They are proud when you succeed, and build you up when you're having a rough time. My classmates are wonderful. If I ever had any questions both my classmates and my teachers were there. I was able to e-mail my teachers with questions and they answered relatively quickly- often the same day. In talking with career services I know that they want me to succeed too. I trust that I'll be placed somewhere where I can continue to learn and grow as a person. The director and assistant director are also there when you need them, as is financial aid. All in all, I'm really glad that I chose to come here and do the medical billing and coding program.
