KaziLife: Extremely psychologically depressing design and environment. Don’t be misguided by false behavior initially, this is an extremely unpleasant place to inhabit for any timespan.
Officer C. Bissonette: I've only seen the outside of this place in the last few years have not had a chance to go inside but the outside is wonderful and I really like the waterfall out front
Tom Robinson: Nice venue for events like Crim.
Peewee Stevens: Nice place
Xivm: Had company Christmas party there.
Fatimah Mohammed: The ground level Restrooms are unclean all the time. Otherwise, its a wonderful place

Pat N.: Invited here for an Open House graduation. Very nice place to throw a small gathering. Not that big, but great for a small gathering. Unsure what it's usually used for (meeting/specific small group functions, I'm assuming). It has a very nice kitchen area for cooking and serving food, also includes bathroom space for Females and Males. Has a nice little parking space lot. I'll give it a 3 to 3 1/2 star rating for inside space purpose.

Dort Financial Center: what do users think?
LeeLee Curt: Clean bathrooms, clean venue, nice staff. Graduation for Mott was held here, was a great time. Parking was easy to navigate, security was a nice add.
Mark Rogers: Flint Firebirds home ice.
Roberta Wagner: Love going to Firebirds games at the arena!! Well kept with clean bathrooms and friendly staff. We always feel very safe going!!
Stephanie Robson: Love the Firebirds games! Easy access parking, reasonable parking fees, and security.
Bill Krupp: Home and garden show was not advertised very well therefore it flopped
Leonard Cross: Bad policy about security. Last couple of events they had a no knife policy but sold knives and swords at the event. Make sense people. Your misguided belief that you have a right to feel safe does not trump my right to be safe.. I don't need to go there again.
Becky Middleton: Was not impressed with the RV show this year.
William Eddy: Paid $10 to park for a wrestling tournament and parking lot was full people were double parking and snow banks were full told parking attendees and they said oh well. Lots of people had to pay to park and leave with no refund and park in subdivision across street. You shouldn't keep taking money when parking lot is completely full!
B E: Awesome how the renovation of this arena has raised Flint hockey! Great family atmosphere!
Nique Beer: For what they charge for parking they could do something with the parking lot. All the pot holes could take out a front end.
Teresa Smith: Where there for a concert and it was very good. This place was great
Boonie: Love this place i wrestled the state championship here a few weeks ago (won the title) and it is fantastic super big and lots of room amazing service nothing to complains abt
Kristen Deal: Seats are very comfortable but I wish they offered more food options
Judy Vailliencourt: Horrible experience. We were there for the RV show. Went to concession stand, employee was talking to another employee. Stood waiting, they continued their personal conversation. Never looked my way although I was standing in front of him. We walked out.
Dave Foster: The upgrades to the facility over the last few years have made it a no-brainer for my family, friends and I to become, and remain, season ticket holders. The seats (removed from the Palace of Auburn Hills prior to its demolition) are very comfortable, and the eye candy for the LED banners and scoreboard are quite nice. The bathrooms could use some love (and perhaps some warm water for hand washing) but they've done well at improving the facility exponentially in the nearly 30 years since I played there as a kid.
Michael Smyth: Firebirds vs SpiritGame down to the wire.Great staffGreat time
Ron Firchau: Parking lot is in dire need of repair. Very rough broken pavement, and they charge 5 bucks to use it!
Sue Bee: Could be cleaned & hide the construction next time
Captain s: I really hate to post this but have too. This year camper show was a waste of money. Ones in the past have been great will not be back.
Drake elias: Wrestling tournaments shouldn't be held here.
teresa Krawczyk: Hockey game

Genesys Banquet and Conference Center: what do users think?
Angela Fox: Our "Wedding Day" Aug 6th was Magical! Everything went just as planned and more. Collene and my event planner Always Elegant Events worked together and did an amazing job. The food and service was fantastic, each guest had their own personal favorite. Epoch Catering services and menu selections were delicious, unique, and tasty just how we wanted it to be. There was a lot of talk about the "Beautiful Charcuterie Board." The facility has been there for awhile and is still being kept up nicely.
Steven Mitchell: Wonderful place with good food & great staff. Manager very helpful. Highly recommend!
Shane Snyder: The banquet center has plenty of room and the staff is very friendly. There is more parking than you could need and it has easy access from the freeway.
Cynthia Padilla: Nice facility for a convention
Crystal Hurteau: Beautiful place for a meeting, conference, etc. The facility is in good shape and very attractive.
Ron Erwin: Great service and meeting place.
Sherry Sherry: Stellar service. The professional interactions and event planning coordination is top notch for our area. Our organization returns annually for the President's Ball because Collene and her team are our very favorite! A beautiful venue for Vogt's Flowers to transform into a different world. Genesys makes a fantastic event seem almost effortless. We sooooo appreciate their reliable, straightforward, classy service!!! See you next year, guys!!!
M Zimmerman: Great banquet center and athletic club.
Allyson Thomas: Very clean and lots of parking. Yummy food at the event
Gregory Silas: Decent facility
Mark Casmer: Very good food. Conference rooms could have had a little better lighting for our event. Seems a little dated, but overall a nice and clean facility.
mary spooner: Its a banuet hall a nice one but there not much to say
Mrs Hill: Very elegant
Matt Otskey: Okay venue for a meeting. The temporary walls separating rooms is not sound proof and that takes away from the atmosphere.
Mike Judson: Nice place. Seating is comfortable and service was good.

James Laughton: Rooms: ViewFood & drinks: Great
Keisha Keisha: I live here & would never recommend this hotel. It needs to torn down. 1 point they had excellent owners that cared & etc.Rooms: 1/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 1/5 …More
Robert Lintz: Not fun anymore
ALLISON METZ: *Do **NOT** stay her if you have any choice in the matter* = My group was charged TWO-HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($250) FOR A SOILED TOWEL. Absolute true story and if I was reading this review, I would have my doubts that this was the whole story, but that's it = Hotel maids found a towel that had some spots of blood on it (I assumed menstrual blood since three young women from my group stayed in the room) and the credit card was charged an additional $250 for "room damages." When I called the hotel to ask what specific damages occured in room, I was told there was one towel with blood spots on it that was considered damage to the room. When I asked for pictures of the towel, the hotel insisted they could only FAX me a photo which was impossible to discern whether the black and white, grainy photo of dark spots were shadows or soiled spots on the towel. After my fourth attempt to get the General Manager on the phone and I finally got to talk to her, she repeatedly insisted that $250 for ONE HOTEL TOWEL with some spots of blood was perfectly reasonable, and the guest should have come down to the front desk to ask for special cleaning supplies. After 10 minutes of this back and forth, I realized we weren't going to be able to come to a point of understanding, I calmly informed the General Manager I could not recommend her hotel to anyone and that people needed to know that they would be charged a $250 room dange fee if they unintentionally got menstrual blood on a towel. She then spent 5 more minutes insisting that I was in the wrong for claiming I couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone else by simply sharing what actually happened. There's other hotels in the Flint, MI area that are much more accomodating and reasonable for the same price. I ADAMANTLY RECOMMEND you stay at any hotel other than this one.
A1 Snow Removal: Not happy at all to find out when they ran deposit of what was told was $100 turned out to be $234.74 after I already paid for the room via Expedia and now they play dumb like idk why it'd say that because we didn't yet my card clearly says otherwise. This is theft by law when I did not authorize it!Rooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 3/5 …More
Sheila: The staff are very competent and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. The rooms are great.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Great value …More
Donny Angeles: After being a member for 12 and a half years, at the top membership status every year, today was the first time a friend or family member was turned down at check-in using my points. The first hotel to refuse a family member at check-in. Even after IHG agent called them to explain the situation. Very disappointing and disgusting. Why are you even part of IHG, if you can't follow their guidelines. They won't let us in.
Larry Schulte: Booked 6 rooms and only needed 5. They refused to refund the unused room. They're not the only game in town, so I think next time we will spend our money elsewhere. Disappointing.Rooms: 4/5|Service: 1/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Hayden Walkington: Rooms were nice as they have been the past couple times I have stayed but they do not have cots or a roll away bed which would be nice. I would mention the weed smell but with the city it's in I can not say muchRooms: 4/5|Service: 3/5|Location: 4/5Hotel highlights Quiet, Great value …More
Janene Garnett: I stayed here two nights ago. When arriving the man at the front desk told me that if I didn’t smoke in the room I would get my $150.00 deposit back. Which I don’t smoke. The carpet had stains on the floor. The bathroom door would not close at all.The next morning. I go to check out and they had someone check the room. Cool no problem. The lady get a call look me in my face and smile. Hand up the phone and try to tell me. Since I left make-up on a pillow that I would not be getting a deposit back. I told her yes I was. The guy said no smoking. Another lady tries to tell me to wear water basic makeup. I told her you can’t tell me what to wear on my face. I did get my deposit back but…. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE again!!!!
MissManyTalents: Clean, Friendly, a little high priced, but not horrible.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Location: 4/5 …More
Martin Bell: Nice, clean, looked new. One of the few Hotels in Flint that I would stay at. Above average price, but still less than the nearby Hilton. Will be staying here again if I need a hotel in Flint.Rooms: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Location: 5/5 …More
Tom Gibbons: A quick personal trip and I enjoyed my stay, actually, quite a bit. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, controlling the temperature in the room was easy. I chilled out with the TV on for an hour or so my first night and there was plenty to choose from. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Easy and free parking. The WiFi was easy to use and had plenty of speed. Hey, what is not to like. I am very pleased with this stay.
