David Prout: Super nice people!! My project was to convert a Weber Stainless Grill into a flat-top griddle. I googled it, and, came up with 304 stainless, 1/4 inch was a solid way to go. I asked Taylor first, and their quote was solid. I had absolutely no idea what was solid price wise though. So, I looked around. What I found out was that they were ROCK solid, and, they then delivered dead on dimensions. And, treated my wife and I like family!! I'm from here, been in and around Flint for forty years, I know the best and the worst, and, these guys are the best, what Flint stands for, and the people around here know that means!!! Thank you, thank you... griddle up, probably never use the grill any other way. My only hope is that this review finds its way to many others!!! Picture was first fit, prior to a good clean and seasoning... cheers!

David Lubahn: To be honest I have never been here, so the four stars will be confusing to some as to what will be said. I was calling around checking prices of material and was pleased that Steve that I talked with had some great pricing and very accommodating and pleasant to talk to, I planned on doing business with this company, however, I called again, still just as pleasant, just for a 6’ piece of 2”x2” square stock and was quoted $60.00, I unfortunately went else where for $30 for the same thing. I felt that the 6’ piece was not worth their time that day so I was quoted high. I will try to do business again when I need more as projects come in, I just would like hope that no matter how big or small the sale may be it will be competitive with other suppliers. (this is being way to nice) We worked with Mitch who treated me like my order didn't matter because I wasn't a big contractor. Very little help picking out what we needed. Back and forth trips to get things right. $8000.00 and 2 months later our J channel does not match our special ordered shake siding. The color is not right. I was told TOUGH LUCK that is what the manufacturersent to go with the color you chose. No way will we be doing business with them again.

D Hogie: I have done at least three house remodels with ABC and have had significant problems with them getting the order correct and supplying me with the right products. This is not a fault of mine; I have detailed notes and documents identifying their mistakes. I also recently tried to take back my left-over soffit to the Pierson Road location. This soffit was a back order from Fenton location for 4 weeks, which they initially had me wait for 2 weeks and said it would be on the next truck coming in at Fenton AND IT WAS NOT! (after waiting two weeks!). When Larry did not have it and said nobody had it, I then called around and found the soffit in Wixom, which it was there the whole time of me waiting and Larry thinking he had to order it from Fenton. I took the hour and a half trip and picked up the rest of my soffit from the Wixom store. So, after I was done, I figured the closest store was the Flint store to my location so I would take the extra soffit back. They did not accept it, and I provided all detailed receipts, as they said I had to take it back to the Wixom store because they do not carry that soffit or color. Which if I were to call them, which is what I did when I left there, oh yeah they can order it no problem, does not make any sense when all the stores carry the soffit and ABC Supply is a company name and not a single distributor per location! This makes no sense as they are a corporation and have One name as a business. I called the Wixom location and they said yes, they should have taken it back and they would have just invoiced it and brought it back to the Wixom location as they have trucks constantly feeding that location. This is the worse customer service I have ever seen, and I would recommend doing business elsewhere in the future! I would suggest not doing business with the Flint location as they are very unorganized and unprofessional!!!!!
