Bre Ouellette: I’m not one to leave reviews, but I can’t not!!! Not even sure where to begin! My short back story is barely having enough confidence to even pick up the phone to make the call, and I definitely don’t regret it! Michele was great with getting me in for my consultation. I was actually able to meet with Dr. Sofer my first visit and she was very thorough with all of my questions and concerns ( which were a lot!) as she was very comforting and accommodating to my situation, especially being a female Doctor was a big deal for me. I cannot thank the staff and Dr. Sofer enough as they have ALL made my journey so much at ease. I am here to tell you, if you are hesitant in any way, don’t be… my journey started with that one phone call! I highly recommend Dr. Julie Sofer for your cosmetic needs and wants.. ( mine were a lot!) I’m looking forward to future endeavors 💕

Very friendly staff, especially Michele who made me feel very welcomed, squeezed me into their busy schedule, and answered all of my questions making me feel very comfortable and stress free. Dr. Sofer was also very kind, was very thorough and answered all my questions while going over all of my options. Very happy she took time with me and didn’t make me feel like I was another number. Alyssa Bradish: I was not impressed with this Dr at all the bad experience began with the front desk staff, they were extremely rude every time I called, Dr. Sofers bedside manner (or lack there of) was appalling. She told me I would have to have a mastectomy to meet insurance guidelines ( which was wildly untrue) and that she would refuse to give me a mastectomy. Glad they had a long wait that prompted me to reach out to other providers and found a wonderful doctor with an amazing staff.

Ebonie Jones: Very disappointed with my results, wasted a lot of money, and to top it all off did not receive the proper follow up care, I referred a friend to her before I realized How awful my results turned out and was completely embarrassed she was rude and not very professional with my friend, but once she realized my friend was a Dr she started to act differently, not cool at all everyone should get treated equally no matter what they profession is. However I love Jada she was awesome but no longer work there.

Brooke Ludeman: I reached out to Dr.Sofer’s office about my abdomen area and they recommend emsculpt to me. I am so glad I did this, she said I needed at least four treatments due to my abdomen with having two kids. I have started with the four and plan to do more. I went to her new location in Troy and was very impressed. She said it takes about 6-8 weeks to show results so I will have to come back and do an update picture.

Julie Cattane - Travis: Worst doctor ever!! Waited three days before my surgery to tell she wasn’t going to do it! She said it would interfere with the other surgeons procedure…. Talked to my other doctor and she had no idea what Dr. Sofer was talking about. She’s a liar and broke my spirit. The only thing I was looking forward to, after three rounds of chemo, a round of radiation and an additional round of chemo, was having a perky reduction. How do you crush someone like that after everything they have been through. She is an unprofessional, horrible doctor!

Keith Mamola: I MADE A BIG MISTAKE! By not seeing Doctor Sofer the 1st time. I went to another doctor and after their defective mistake, that now required reconstruction surgery, I saw Doctor Sofer. Sofer and staff defiantly understood my desires and insecurity issues by setting the bar for the three C’s; Caring, Compassion, & Consideration. I understand that office personnel can be overwhelmed with task at times, but they never lost focus on the customer. Doctor made me feel comfortable and relaxed from pre to post surgery and asked for my feedback to recognize and identify any fears that I may have had. Note that I am not one to provide any type of reviews like this. I do feel compelled to write this, so you will not make a mistake like I did and know that this diamond in the rough is a real gem!

Danielle Hack: The women that work changed my life. I used to have severe acne and after my face cleared it left me with lumpy scars that would itch, drain fluid, flatten, then rise back up and start to itch again. They used laser on me 3 times and the scars stopped growing back. Now they are just flat indents in my face instead of bumps. I finally beat raised itchy scars thanks to this office.

I had went to numerous consults with physicians all over Michigan and Dr. Sofer spent time with me going over different possibilities, explaining the different techniques of the procedure and that was important to me. We tried canceling her surgery through the surgery center in the hospital and ended up with the run around for an entire day. I finally got in touch with his office staff Diane and she was such a blessing and more concerned with hiw my sister was and myself than the surgery being cancelled. Apologized for everyone else's mistakes and told me she would take care of everything and once she gets better just call back and she and she would rescheule her! Thanks Diane! ❤

Karen Royse: Horrible results. Had excess skin removed on my arms and legs and the result is horrible. Thick scars that are not symmetrical. Somehow my calves are bigger than before the surgery. I can not longer wear long boots like I did before surgery and I didn't gain any weight. So disgusted with my body now. I'd rather have the excess skin back.

Christina Buttler: Horrible experience. Was given the wrong medication I’m allergic too, had to stop the surgery. Second time she had the wrong implants. This was all for a breast cancer surgery not strictly cosmetic. Absolutely the worst experience and zero empathy.

B. Grove: Took $1000 of my money. Unforeseen circumstances postponed the surgery..vacation time to recover could not be changed and it had to be cancelled so she simply kept $1000 deposit and filled her pocket with it. DO NOT MAKE DEPOSIT UNTIL ALL PRE TESTING IS DONE! Made $1000 for 10 minutes of her time..no one is worth that!

Amber Hardwick: This woman is horrible. She gave me a consultation and not once was I told that it would cost me nearly $200 to have her look at me, give me false hope that my insurance would cover it, and then have my insurance denied and shrug and charge me money. Now they're even sending a debt collector after me. I'm 19 year old college student. I DONT have money. Not to mention the woman who recommended me to her ended up getting an infected incision and told me not to go to her because her stitches cam undone. This experience has been horrible and unhelpful and now I'm just scarred and don't even want to go to a doctor again
