Megan Roney: This particular JCPenney is in a mall that has been slowly dying for years. Clothing is OK. I never actually find what I'm looking for an settle for an over priced second choice. Staff are always friendly though and the store is clean and maintained.

On top of that ..... add in all of the awesome sales and coupons that seem to be going on ALL the time....it all equals a satisfied family!!! ,💞There has been bigger and better sales occurring lately. About a month ago JCP had an awesome one. Take amd additional 50% off the ALREADY marked down pink pricetage. Now thats a great way to move product.

Nina Schol: My best friend and I frequent this location and sometimes I buy things, sometimes not. Usually everything is fine but today I felt very uncomfortable. I was greeted by one worker when I came in which is great. We were really just looking around and my friend was looking for a specific brand which we realized we didn’t carry. But we looked around and tested all the fragrances for about an hour. The ashy blonde lady with the glasses and tattooed arms kept popping up wherever we went asking if we needed help in a neutral attitude tone. It was almost like she thought we were shoplifting and kept following us around. It made me super uncomfortable and I couldn’t wait to leave. I think I’ll try the new Sephora at Kohls from now on since they carry most of the same stuff.

Richelle Mills: I’ve been to Flint location several times and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but didn’t. However she had a nose ring and dusty/bark blonde bob hairstyle. I walked in she looked me in my face and kept going. A few minutes later a Caucasian woman walks in and she greets her immediately. I then walk around the store looking for assistance. I had to get in line just to ask for floor assistance. I didn’t get her name either and although she helped me she gave off the vibe that she really didn’t want to. I hate to be this person however next time I’ll leave and come back when it’s more of my kind working.
tina hill: I had ordered Pureology Hydrate Sheer. Been using it for years. This was an online order. Today went to open it and the seal is broken. The content is blue liquid. This product is a white pearly color. I will NEVER order online from Ulta ever!!!!! Obviously have thieves in the warehouse

Jackie Jenkins: I loved my visit at this location. I needed help color matching and Allison was so kind and helpful. She asked her manager Kalonna for her opinion on my color match and she was so professional and kind to me, her staff and other customers. She complimented my cheekbones and showed me where to apply products on my face and the right product for my needs. This was a great experience and very helpful to me. Best service I have ever had at a makeup store.

Gahbee Koda: Shayla provided great customer service! Right away I noticed how sweet she was with the customers ahead of me. While I was waiting, she let me know that she would be with me shortly (I appreciated the communication) and soon after she took very well care of me. Shayla took the time to show and swatch lipsticks and lipliner that would suit me best, she even showed me popular ones and her own personal favorite shades. She was informative and kind. I can truly say she went above and beyond. My husband who was with me also mentioned how great her customer service skills were. We both were very impressed. I will definitely be a returning customer!
Katie: I don't know the girls name but the shorter black lady helped me with picking out some concealer for contouring my face and she gave me a demo. She was very nice and very helpful. They were pretty busy and she still found the time to help me. I really appreciate it and I will be going back.

Korinne Ishmel: Been shopping here for years. Good products, but the customer service by the owners whom I think is the Asian couple in charge, should improve. When I walked in the store, they were by the only register that is close to the entrace door. They were talking but looked up at me when I came in. I smiled and waved to say hello. They did NOT say hello to me at all. They just turned around and kept carrying on their conversation as if I wasn't even there. I thought, "wow, how rude". I patronize this store with almost all of my hair care needs. This isn't the only time I've notice the cold disposition from the owners. This time was just too much. I have not seen that kind of treatment from the other workers they have there. The other workers are always more friendly. But those two...need improvement. It doesn't take a whole lot of effort just to say hello, especially when I spend my money in your establishment.

brijetta smith: Now that we have to do Curbside Shopping, it is a mess & definitely doesn't work because, they only have 1 phone line! I pulled up & called to order my 1 item, the phone rung once & gave the busy tone. I can see 1 lady in the front of the store on the phone. There were 2 others in the back but, never came to the front. I called 11 times in 30 mins & still didn't get through or no one else came to see if I needed anything. Finally, they got an UPS delivery & another customer & one of the other ladies came to the door. I told her that I'd been waiting for 30 mins. She told me her coworker was on the phone & they only had 1 line. Never tried to see what I needed.. never asked the man what he needed either.. grabbed the package & locked the door! Guess I'll take my money elsewhere
Julie Lantagne: I'm very unhappy with this location. We drove 2 hrs to do my cousins hair and forgot the enlightener. We called ahead and asked if they could please have it ready because we would be getting there right at 9pm. We pulled up right at 9pm and just turned 9:01pm. The door was locked and lights were off. The manager was sweeping the floor and said sorry closed. We said we were the ones that just called and said we were on our way. She said we locked the doors at 9:01 which wasn't true because she was already sweeping at that time. We then called again since she wanted to ignore us and said she locked the doors at 9:01, which by that time was 9:02 so wasn't true cause we were right there watching. We again said can we just get the enlightener we called about and she then said no the register is counted and balanced. That's great customer service right there. Thanks a bunch for your hard work. Don't tell someone that you will hold it for them just to lock the doors before 9pm. If we would have known that was going to happen we would have turned back around and not kept driving.

Anne Woods: I am so happy with my hair that I never could have afforded to have done at a salon because its such a complicated process. Mandy took all the time in the world on a busy Friday to work with me on and off all day so I could do it myself. I had to pull alot of red out of my hair so I could highlight and then I needed to tone it and do some deep conditioning. It was very important to her that the end result was exactly what I wanted. It turned out beautiful .People can make 100 plus grand a year and care less about how they do their job or how it affects anyone. Then there are the Mandys 'of the world who ,whatever they are making, will find a way to do what they do with excellence and use their job to make a positive difference in the lives of other people.
