Jeff Nichols: We just had new counter tops installed. The experience from start to finish was excellent! When the gentleman came to pattern our counter tops, I had several questions and all were answered over and above what was expected. Even though all of my questions were answered, I was still concerned about how they would do the actual installation. When the installers showed up, I had more questions and again all were answered. There were several difficult situations for the installation that they knocked it out of the park! The installers put down drop cloths in the work area, were very courteous, took their time and left everything cleaner than when they showed up. I would highly recommend Stone Specialists!

Kamila B: We were misled into believing that what we are buying is a true quartzite countertop, which is harder than granite while in fact the stone is a type of marble.We love the look of it but it scratched easily and is not recommended for kitchens.The installation was frustrating because the techs left a visible edge unfinished and had to come back and try to polish it while it was already installed on the cabinet. Parts of it are still unfinished.The slab was unevenly cut and some parts are thicker than others, it wasn’t cut to a straight line and my husband had to compensate for it while tiling they backsplash.Happy with the color but the hassle was not worth it.Do your research before you do business with them.

Christina Murawski: Don’t go here! We just waited 5 weeks for our countertops! Absolutely ridiculous. For the amount we paid for the granite, this shouldn’t have happened. We also purchased our sink here. We have gone without a sink, dishwasher and stove for 5 weeks. And no countertops! Washing dishes on our lawn is a pain. The man who measured and the men who installed the counters were wonderful. Horrible experience and overpriced.UPDATE: after having our granite countertops for 2 months they haven’t been sealed properly and any water mark is permanent. Screw this company

Robert Currier: Excellent job done!We hired Genesee Cut Stone to do our kitchen countertops after firing another horrible stone fabricator for shoddy work and cracked and broken pieces.Genesee Cut Stone did a far superior job and we couldn’t be happier with the results.They took us on a tour of the cutting area and showed us how they reinforce the the pieces by installing stainless steel rods in the under side of the stone to reinforce areas that could crack or break during handling and installation which allows them to cut narrow areas like around the kitchen sink with no seams.They came out and setup a laser measuring tool and basically mapped our kitchen precisely. The CNC machines they use can cut around bowed walls perfectly so there are no gaps due to wall imperfections and no cutting of drywall to make the countertops fit properly .I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!Excellent sales and installation experience! They aren’t the cheapest but you get far more than you expect for the money.The guys that came out to install were on time, quite friendly and pretty humorous too, it seems they really like their job.Skip the discount places. You get what you pay for.I can’t say enough good things about Genesee Cut Stone!Highly recommended!!!
