Had it checked out somewhere else that i normally go to and was told it was about $3500.00,... I decided to get a second opinion and I was referred here. I made an appointment beforehand. They were on time and super polite! 👌 I actually told them that I was coming from an hour away and that's why I needed to make the appointment. I couldn't just drop the car off and leave. They totally accommodated me and looked at the car within that time frame so that I could just leave for an hour and go shopping. When I came back they told me what was wrong with the car and thank God I went, cause it saved me $3000 over the last estimate I got at the other place. I'd totally drive and hour to get work done here again. 🤩

Juan Ramirez: Bought an ECM from us they installed it and fried the ECM. We exchanged it out for Diesel Pro's under our warranty. They received the replacement ECM and then made a charge back on their card and kept the ECM. Bad business from Matt the owner, I wouldnt expect Diesel Pro's to be engaged in this kind of business practice. I hope you guys don't do this to customers that are in financial distress, you could put one out of business. A poorly ran company!!!!

Cyril Jean Muckenhirn: Friendly team with a great knowledge of diesels and the diesel world.I took my 2008 Ford F250 longbed to Diesel Pro's looking for a motor build to easily handle towing my 5th wheel, and I was quite happy with the result.Got a chance to meet with the owner, Matt and his team who walked me through the options and gave suggestions for a bulletproof diesel motor to handle my exact needs.The parts were put on order almost immediately and while the build took some time to complete (normal with a ground up build), I was kept apprised of the progress and the results were stellar.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs some work on their diesel, and will myself be going back for everything from my oil changes to my next build.

They listened to what I described was an electrical problem with my truck..I was advised how they would check the whole system to find it. I received a call that night from the mechanic who explained the process he went through to try and find it. He did not find anything. You take you vehicle in to get one thing fixed & they find something totally different wrong with you vehicle. I’ve taken my diesel there on 3 separate Occasions and every time my vehicle did not get fixed. I had to bring it back 2-3 times each time to get my problem fixed. I’m pretty sure the fire that burned yhe building down was an insurance job too because they have no idea how to fix diesel motors. Lucas Wesolowski: Brought my truck in and was diagnosed bad injectors. Usually I do my own work but heard good things about the shop so had them order me some performance injectors, cp3 pump, built trans, and retune. After 10 weeks, they failed to order the tune, scratched and scuffed my newly painted truck up, and failed to install the inspection covers on the bell housing of the transmission. They now want me to come back for the retune but they won’t see my truck again unless there’s a warranty issue and that’s it. Offered to get me new inspection covers but I don’t have a month to wait. Makes me wonder what else is wrong. For a customer that was charged over $13,000 you would think they would try and make sure you are taken care of. Only way I see them pleasing customers is if time and money doesn’t matterService:Transmission

John Trombley: Worst truck service center I’ve ever been to in my entire life, staff does not care for customers, entire office staff sits on their phones and ignores you until you yell. I am not one to post reviews but I have to when it is this bad. It is sad to see a company run this way, it is a sign of the world we live in today. I took my box truck in for an oil change, it took them over 8 hours to complete. Supervisors and upper management wanted to argue with me when I expressed my disapproval in a very calm manner. Overall poorly run company, I’m simply trying to save someone the trip here by posting this. They have other locations, their Warren MI location is fantastic and would recommend it far over this place.

Also, the guys in parts dept (Antonio, Bobby and Mike) have always been helpful as well. Brad Clark: I've noticed their parts prices are at least double and sometimes triple the list price. Its almost like they don't realize there is an internet. A non pressurized fuel cap cost over $90. A $15 load level rod was over $60. Their used truck inventory is consistently priced $15, to $20,000 over everyone else as well. The only reason they can stay in business is due to the poor design of International Trucks. This dealer is a perfect example why people call them stealerships.

James Kendall: Takes a long time to get things fixed and when I got it back it still had problems. Ended up costing me twice what they had told me.

Jerry Bell: In the past couple years i have taken my trucks there 3 times. First time they said it has a bad rod bearing and motor was junk. Come to find out it was just a bad injector making noise. Second time i took a truck there i was told it needed a injection pump and after several tows later and a month of down time they found out it just neexed a lift pump. The third time i was truck needed radiator, having same overheating problem i was having before i took it to them, come to find out it was a bad clutch fan. I was never given any money back, i spent tbousands of dollars that never had to be spent. I never got a sorry, a dime back or anything. They have some very poor mechanics in there. Never again will i take a truck to this dealership for repair again.
