They are large furniture items I had to have my husband take the day off of work to help me bring them inside. Never got put on a truck to be delivered and I was told that they don't know if there will be a truck in my area the next day to deliver it and I should call back in the morning. Completely unacceptable and I will be contacting the company that I purchased the furniture from to inform them of this screw up.Update: though it was extremely inconvenient, and I had to can the manager when he got in at 2am to make sure my item got delivered. They did put it on a truck and it was delivered first thing the next day. The driver was very nice and drug a large pallet of stuff up my gravel driveway for me.
