Little Wolf: I ordered two damascus steel knives. What actually came were two knive wich had a laser etched damascus pattern on the blade. I emailed customer service and was told they are damascus and if you use your finger nail you can feel the pattern. Lol ok obviously this guy does not know what japanese steel is, the folded layers are in the steel and you should never be able to feel a pattern. I replied with that statment. The guy winds up calling me three hours after my email to tell me i'm wrong and accuses me of treating people poorly. Really? I called him out on his false advertising and he still was insistent he sold me quality damascus. All these knives are made in china, they look nice but are pure garage.

Stan Hooper: I purchased a small package of toothpicks for the Victorinox brand of Swiss Army knives. They arrived in less time than I expected, which was very good. On examination, they were all the right length, but did not precisely match the original (different manufacturer, obviously) lumps and bumps, with the most notable difference being the little quarter-round nib at the top of the toothpicks. They are a hair smaller than the original, which puts them just lower than the body of the knife and that requires another tool to pull them out of the knife rather than simply a fingernail. Other than that, the quality appears the same and I expect them to last as long as originals if I can keep from losing them.

At this location I had one incident with the kiosk and the person I spoke to at the desk. However; I take names and I DO call corporate. Trust! Other than that I find everything I need. I don't like that kroger doesn't have a non dairy section of choices available, as does meijer. Other than that this location is cool. Some of the experiences I'm reading....deserves a Call to the headquarters. I appreciate that this location is next to the apartment building that does have a lot of disabled persons (drunks too) but I digress it's good spot for the apartment dwellers. I love the savings card...I don't like the gas but if you do , unlike meijer your points can be used for gas. So I'm done I've went on, and on. Store cool some employees not so much. 4☆ for me...good day

Even the fruits and vegetables were beautifully stocked. The staff was very nice, especially the team member that did their gourmet popcorn. He was very helpful and super friendly!! They have roaches, the c-19 plastic protection shields at the cash registers constantly break and create safety hazards for customers and employees alike, constant stealing, poor management- they fired all minors for small things so that they could switch to “hiring 18+” only, they mistreat their staff. They don’t have enough workers for most if not all of those reasons above, so they have staff do things that they don’t get paid for. People in deli working the register, cashiers being impromptu courtesy clerks. One cashier they had being a makeshift courtesy clerk, had constant asthma attacks from getting carts and had to be hospitalized almost every time and they still made them go out. Took management about 3-4 times of the employee having an attack before they finally decided they can’t get carts.
