Melissa Burgess: While I absolutely love my raw milk, the owner, Kris has made it quite undesirable to go to the farm. I have been told others that she can be a bit nasty and for years, I didn't see that...until yesterday. The two dogs on the farm are completely ill-behaved (sweet, but uncontrollable). Well, because of her dogs, no one else is allowed to even have their dog in their own car, because apparently her two very large hound dogs will annihilate your car. Unfortunately, even if you don't have a dog, they have been known to jump on the cars. I have relatives who got some very deep scratches on their car. As my husband usually gets our milk, he was unable to yesterday...so I had to. Being unaware of the rule that we can't have our own well behaved dogs in OUR own cars, I went to get the milk, while my pup waited in the car and was met with Kris standing there, obviously, very annoyed and down right nasty! We drive about 45 miles to get our milk and I am most often sick, so it can be a chore if my husband is unable to get it, but I have always thought it was well worth it. Not anymore. I will be looking elsewhere. Until then....I will have my husband get the milk!

Cindy Lynn: Milk the way God designed it! My grandson who has become lactose intolerant in his teen years (even though not in younger years) can tolerant this raw milk just fine! I suspect because of the LIVE enzymes! And my little granddaughter just LOVES the homemade kefir I make! Most of my share goes into fermentation of kefir, and sometimes yogurt, but my husband loves a glass of fresh milk with a bowl of chili! Oh and also, other milk has congested my husband his whole life, but not this milk!

Joe Wamsley: High quality milk! I am pretty sure the milk has more cream in it than half and half. I drive 3 hours a week to get milk and I think it is worth every penny.The milk is alive and clean. It is easy to use to make whatever you would like or just drink.I prefer to put the milk in my coffee over half and half or heavy whipping cream as I can smell the store bought going sour. Maybe it is emotional but I do not have the same experience with the dairy delight milk.

Leah Moss: I'm so thankful to have found Dairy Delight and to be a part of the herd share program. I've wanted to be a cheese maker for a very long time and cheese can only be as good as the milk used. Being part of the program has been nothing but a wonderful experience.... and the milk is out of this world fantastic!!!!

She wasn't just rude to me, but 2 other customers as well. She was the worst person in customers service I've encountered at any kroger.

Quintin Lee: I've been getting money orders from Kroger's on Richfield road for the past 7 years and never had a problem until now Hannah Desbrough has to be the most neglectful person working courtesy clerk I have ever seen in my life my money order was wrong and she knew it was but never own up to her mistake her co worker said it was my fault shift manager was rude she could careless about Krogers employees making mistakes

Gail Crump: WOW! Is all I have for some of the Kroger reviews. I'm not an employee but I am a long time kroger/Kessel (lol) shopper. At this location I had one incident with the kiosk and the person I spoke to at the desk. However; I take names and I DO call corporate. Trust! Other than that I find everything I need. I don't like that kroger doesn't have a non dairy section of choices available, as does meijer. Other than that this location is cool. Some of the experiences I'm reading....deserves a Call to the headquarters. I appreciate that this location is next to the apartment building that does have a lot of disabled persons (drunks too) but I digress it's good spot for the apartment dwellers. I love the savings card...I don't like the gas but if you do , unlike meijer your points can be used for gas. So I'm done I've went on, and on. Store cool some employees not so much. 4☆ for me...good day

Angela Stallworth: Can I just say how satisfying it was to walk into this store and to see everything was clean, stocked, and front faced. As a manager myself, it was so pleasing to the eye. Even the fruits and vegetables were beautifully stocked. The staff was very nice, especially the team member that did their gourmet popcorn. He was very helpful and super friendly!! This was a great visit. I will be coming back!!
