I asked for a specific battery, the young fellow disappeared in the back, came out with the correct battery and stated it would be a couple of hours before they could install it. I told them, I'd just purchase the battery and take it back to the location that referred me as I didn't have 2 hours of time to wait due to another appointment. They refused to sell the battery unless they install it.Interestingly, I was able to purchase the same battery for less than a third of the price on Amazon and install it myself. Thanks for absolutely NOTHING uBreakiFix, nice business practices!
Brandon Macdonald: What can I say. Beyond impressed. Between two consoles and almost two months of calling them for their knowledge, I am very happy with this repair place. Originally I called for just advice. Over the course of almost two months I called probably well over 10 times. Each time I got very lucky and spoke with either Brenden or Seth. What a couple of great guys. Even though I was calling with intentions of fixing the consoles myself they didn’t hesitate to help. That is unheard of nowadays. They are both extremely knowledgeable and unlike every other place I called they actually took the time to try and help diagnose my issues, while also recommending multiple things to try and resolve my issues. They both were very aware of the issues, causes, and solutions. Just from the phone calls I was actually able to diagnose the issue with both of my Xbox One X’s. One was essentially a lost cause due to part availability, and the other one was actually an easy fix. The fix was something I could have actually done myself, but strictly based on the help and kindness I received from both Seth and Brenden I decided to bring the console in and give them the business. However I know they would have gladly directed me towards helpful resources to do it myself. They had very fair prices, and unlike most places they will actually diagnose the issue for free. I dropped it off 5 minutes before close, and they called me the next day at lunch time!! I would highly recommend this place. I would ask specifically for either of these guys as they were just great and really the main reason I’m writing this review. Something as simple as a broken Xbox can ruin your entire day. But Seth and Brenden got me fixed right up. Thanks again guys! I’ll be bringing all future work here as well as anyone I know! Just a great experience all the way around. Thank you to the both of you if you ever see this!

June Trout: I took my iPhone 11 in for a screen repair. I knew taking it in that I would be paying out of pocket because I broke the warranty for using a third party screen. I used a third party screen because when I originally broke my screen I went through apple to schedule an appointment and they told me I had to wait two weeks. This time around, I had to wait a week to get in. My main issue is that I had to wait at the store for two hours while they figured out how to charge me for the repair. I ended up missing work over this. After this two hour wait and $200 later, they started working on my phone. I got it back about an hour later and the screen was working fine. I later found out that my Face ID was not working. After resetting my phone, resetting Face ID, and googling the problem, I found out it was most likely due to an incorrect screen repair. I tried calling the store and apple. I called Geek Squad 20 minutes before they closed and no one answered. I also called apple. The tech ended up having technical issues and had to disconnect. I was told I would receive a call back from apple and never did. I’m still trying to contact apple or Geek Squad to fix a problem Geek Squad created. This whole process is a nightmare and I hate that this is the only place that is apple certified in this area.

Jonathan Kim: Went in with my MacBook Air to get it diagnosed. They got back to me within the day with a very real solution, which was that it's going to cost more to fix it than buying another one. That's very fair considering this is a store that fixes computers, and I appreciated their honesty. A minimal diagnosis fee was paid with some information on next steps should I want to proceed with either fixing my computer or buying a new one and moving the hard drive over. Would recommend for those looking for computer repairs.

james mcdonough: Wish I could rate 0 stars. My girlfriend brought her laptop here because the keyboard was malfunctioning. They told her it would be cheaper just to buy a new laptop than to fix it. They also offered to “clean it up” so it would run faster because it has the typical problems that most computers with windows 10 have. They charged her $90 just to look for the problems. Now she has the laptop back, the OS is now running slower than before, her touchpad for the mouse is not working, and her copy of Microsoft office is now saying it was copied suspiciously and will not open until she buys it again. This place doesn’t even know how to clean up a laptop with windows 10. They are over priced and their employees are apparently uneducated.
