john savard: Our homeowners association contracted for a new entrance sign to our subdivision. At first all plans were going well. However, as the estimated time of installation came and went, there was very little communication or updates. Then, after having to call our salesman with repeated calls and texts, we're told sign had been damaged during shipping and would have to be sent back to construct a new one. Sign finally installed 4 months after deposit. Very poor communication from salesman Joe, i.e. no return or very late return calls and texts. No call from owners or managers to hear our concerns or questions. No one called to say they would be there to check completion or inspect, but they did be sure to send us the final bill the same day.
