eric mason sr: Very friendly staff greeted immediately and seen within ten minutes mri went very fast I think because I fell asleep lol I was in and out and carried a copy of the test on a cd with me. Overall outstanding experience 10 stars out of 5.
Tori Wright: This is saying a lot when I very much dislike McLaren. This imaging facility was wonderful. The staff that helped me through my procedure was very kind and caring, even the doctor. The check in and out process was easy and they were friendly also. Highly recommended.

Karol Feldkamp: Not only did I wait for over 50 minutes, after asking twice how much longer it would be, for my prior made scheduled appointment but the techs never looked me in the eye, shared anything they were doing with me and why nor did they offer any conversation. I have never been treated so rudely at a medical facility. I will drive the distance back to U of M for my mammograms and any call backs in the future. I have never posted a negative review until now. This experience warranted said review.
Donna Carpenter: Neat and clean. Always a packed waiting room. Staff are friendly. The waiting time with an appointment is ridiculous. I waited over an hour and a half to be called in when I had an appointment. This is not the first time this has happened. I will be avoiding this place next time.

Melanie Poisson: I have never had to wait very long. Everyone on staff is very nice. This is my preferred local imaging center and I get a lot of tests so that says a lot.
Becky Wilson: If you get your colonoscopy here, you will be placed unmasked and unconscious in a recovery room with a bunch of other patients. This was during omicron surge. They didn't take our temperature when we arrived. Lobby was standing room only at one point.
Patricia Williams: I called and after being put on hold for over 10 minutes, the person answered & was so rude. The center screwed up my appointment, not me and the person on the phone was awful...and made it very clear she could of cared less. McLaren Imaging is showing their consistency (having people with awful people skills). Back to RMI.
Isabella Perkins: I was calling to make an appointment and someone answered the phone and didn’t talk to me at all for five minutes. So I called back three other times for nobody to answer the phone. So I called back a fourth time and they put me on hold for 11 minutes so I hung up and I called back and then it said the store was closed. This is ridiculous. If you need to make an appt call an hour before they close you might have luck!
S B: So there is no point of having an appointment. When you still have to wait for 30 minutes or more. So the new rules for this place and location is they take walks ins before appointments clearly.

Disneymom 2018: I was very happy here. Had a CT scan done short wait time very quick in and out. The staff was very nice and helpful. Susan K was the tech that took me back for my scan and she was very friendly. I will go here for my radiology needs from now on.
Susan Toulouse: Have had many, many mammograms there and was called back for a biopsy. I questioned it because it was on a place that had been biopsied before. They still had me come in for the biopsy and when I again questioned it while I was on the table ready for the procedure, they looked and found out that yes, it was the biopsied lump. They sent me home. This tells me that they did not look a my previous films. This incidence has happened to me twice there. I will not be back. I do not trust them!!!
Lady Alex: Very unprofessional. Disrespected my elderly mother, & also treated her roughly; manhandled her. We were furious! And they had the audacity to think it was amusing when we wanted to make/file complaints. Never going there again! The VA sent my mom there but when we told them what happened they took their time about sending her to a different place. Shame.
Mary Davis: I was there for and US, when I was called apparently I didnt hear when the tech called me, when she did get my attention, she swung thedoor wide open and started walking ahead of me, i had to walk really fast to catch up with her...she made me feel as though she was upset,, i will return there, but i DONT want to see her. The receptionist was really nice. I was there Friday July 29, 2016., I was very nervous about the test, i didnt need the attitude!!

juice caboose: An MRI machine is a terrible place to discover that you are claustrophobic, but that's exactly what happened to me recently at Insight Imaging. I've had shoulder pain for years due to injury and was looking forward to this visit for weeks. I was beyond upset when I realized that mentally I just couldn't handle the MRI. To make it worse, in my mind, the opportunity to access the damage done to my shoulder was out the window at this point. Luckily, two of the radiologists, Wanda and Marika were kind enough to console me and reassure me that my chance was not lost, and that I could reschedule with sedation at a future date. That was a such a much needed relief since I really want to know what's wrong with my shoulder but really, really don't want to get back in the machine.Overall, I like this office since it looks really clean, it's been quiet both times I've been there, and wait time was very reasonable.

I’ve never been to a medical building where everyone seems genuinely happy with their work, but Insight is different. From checkin, to office staff, techs, orthotist, nurses, doctors, NPs, phlebotomists— everyone is professional, kind, thorough, reassuring, and impressive. I often hear other patients thanking staff for the outstanding care at Insight. (Though Dr Khan in pain management thought he had me figured out from my weight at the time, until he actually looked at my MRI)Today I had an MRI with Don, and the experience exemplified what is so great about Insight. I’ve lived with pain for 7 years, that my previous dr dismissed until my legs started going numb, and an old back injury was discovered. I have surgery in one week with the impressive Dr Edem, and instead of being scared or worried something about my care will fall through the cracks, I know I’m in good hands.

Sara Wilson/Reazor: Easy to find. I had a great experience and would refer anyone to go here. You can either fill out your information on your phone with a link they provide or fill out paper when you arrive. If filling out in person then arrive about 15-30 min early. I seen them give someone plenty of time to fill the papers out (in case you can’t arrive early enough).The building is wide open space. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Masks are required and if you don’t have one they will provide you with one. I didn’t have a long wait at all, easy to find where to go. The other check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. The x-ray lady was very nice, helpful, and made sure she took them correctly each time with precise areas to x-ray. The wait rooms all have plenty of seats and a tv. The dr I seen was very nice and informative. He answered all my questions and gave me all my options. I was in and out fast. You’re acknowledged when leaving and staff say thank you and hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.Parking is the only thing that be a little tricky, but just be careful and follow the arrows. Plenty of handicap parking too!

Especially for someone with a back like mine that gets to the point I can’t walk, stand or pretty much anything. Other than that the staff were very nice and made sure I was as comfortable as I can be laying on a MRI table. I never give more than 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement, and every aspect of that buildings departments could use improving.
