Christian Jedlowski: My previous experience at Guitar Center was purchasing a pair of headphones. Got them home and they stunk (literally, they smelled bad) and had one of the drivers already going out. Ended up with some other persons return, repackaged, I am guessing.Today (Friday, 10/28/2022 @ 3:30pm) I got off of work and went to their store on Miller Rd., Flint, MI. I was looking for a new Piano. A manager was talking with an employee about moving inventory or something. The store was fairly empty. I am not greeted, asked if I needed help, or acknowledged in any way by any employee. They both disappeared from the section in fact, with zero interaction. I got fed up and left their store. The guy at the counter near the exit did not say goodbye or acknowledge me either. Just stood by idly.Now, I have come to expect this lack of service from the Flint area. It's Flint after all. However... I also remember service such as this and thank the heavens for online shopping. My next $1,000.00+ purchase will be from Sweetwater, and I do not plan on ever setting foot in Guitar Center ever again.

He did an awesome job with both our ceremony and reception! Almost 3 years later and we still receive compliments about how fun our wedding was and I always say our DJ played a huge part in that. There was someone on the dance floor at all times! I will always recommend Jason to anyone looking for a DJ for any event.

He was also willing to get on the dance floor and teach us how to dance to some of the songs when we were lost. Craig was also super helpful with all of the office and admin stuff we had to do to make the night happen. Super happy with everyone's efforts to make the night amazing!

Kristin was our Event Hero and she was AMAZING!!She was very interactive with our team members and encouraged them to use the booth. Black Tie even went out and got construction themed props for our occasion! Kristin made sure to mingle around with the portable unit and record our "pie-in-the-face" shenanigans during the event! We had a blast and they left us a scrapbook of memories to share with our team!I highly recommend Black Tie and KRISTIN!

DJ Craig was so quick to respond to any questions I had prior to the day and DJ Tony was absolutely phenomenal! Who else can say the older crowd actually stayed just about as late as everyone else and had no complaints?! Happy old people?! I'll take it! Also, he gave my dad a little bit of a speech right before our dance, as he was aware that he was in a serious motorcycle accident 3 months prior to the wedding day, which almost caused us to cancel everything. He made everything smooth and perfect and I had no stress about my day after he took over and made sure everything went perfect!

Their consistent communication throughout the planning process was a LIFESAVER. It was such a relief to work with a vendor that was super responsive and had my husband and I's best interest in mind. Our DJ (Tony) was phenomenal. He kept the party on the dance floor all night (and I truly mean ALL NIGHT!), and was highly complimented by several of our guests. He was extremely personable and constantly reminded us that no matter what happens, it's our day. We had a say in almost all of the music that was played and were thrilled with how everything turned out. We cannot recommend Black Tie enough!

Lindsay Lynn: Craig and Tom (our DJ) were absolutely wonderful to work with from initial discussion to our wedding day. Craig is very quick to get back to me with any questions I had and he sent several communications and reminders to fill out the details for the event, make payments and recommendations for key songs. On our Wedding day Tom showed up well in advance to get all set up. We didn't have any issues with the sound or microphones and the volume of the music was perfect for the venue (you didn't have to yell to hear the person next to you). One thing that stood out to me and my husband wasn't even the music, it was that Tom walked up to us several times throughout the evening to ask us we needed anything. I felt like he really cared about making our day special. They are fantastic to work with!
