The only complaint I have is my latest visit the cashier folded my long strip of wall stickers to put in the bag which waste half of them because they came off the page to stick to the plastic bag. I've never had the cashier do that to my wall stickers before(and I buy a lot) they always put them standing up in the bag.

Tenicia Davis: The store is clean and organized. Very good selection. I first visited months ago and it looks much nicer now. Only complaint is only having one cashier available at a store that size. There should be at least two at all times.

Or say by Walmart.This store has a lil bit of everything you could possibly need for your home, from crafts to basic automotive items, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, school supplies, Holiday Decor and household decor needs. Amanda Anderson: I shop at this location often and have never had any issues. Staff is always nice and helpful and the store looks organized. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience this evening and I never leave bad reviews but the way I was made to feel I’m sure corporate offices wouldn’t be happy to know they sales associate was completely rude. It was about 7:45 Sunday evening and I needed to get just a couple things real quick. There was an announcement made saying the time was now 9:00 and the store was closed. I was confused because the time was actually 8:00 soo was under the impression the lady thought it was 9. About 8:02 the sales associate shouts from a different isle and asks me if I’m done yet in a very rude tone. I was shocked and replied oh I’m sorry are you closed? She said yea her coworker just made an announcement. I responded yes she did but she also said it was 9:00 and it’s only 8. I wanted to find her and throw my 4 items at her but I decided to just make my purchase and leave. I’ve worked in sales for many years and I have never treated anyone r seen anyone else treat someone so rudely. I really hope that 2 minutes after 8 didn’t prevent her from whatever she was in such a rush to do. The lady at the register was very nice and understanding compared to her wildebeast of a coworker. I will not be returning to this location

Erin Seager: This is the best Dollar Tree and I live so close, even better than the one when I lived up north in Gaylord, a secret gem in my opinion, great customer service, too! Definitely far from a rough area neighborhood. Flushing is actually rated the safest place to live in Genesee county!

It just seems to me past few years its been declining with the quality and products and the look of the floor and aisles of the stores anymore. I don't know why or why the Cooperation of this chain of stores would let this happen. Do they even go and check up on their stores anymore or anything? It would be sad to not have dollar tree around for my kids now because they enjoy and love coming here! I sure hope they get themselves together and soon before it gets too far gone.. Someone needs to come in with fresh ideas and eyes and spruce them up and fast! I recommend visiting dollar tree in Owosso, MI one in the Plaza where Sally's is located in and that now that store is where I went alot of times with my grandma visiting my uncle ❤

And this place is one of the only stores that still makes sense to me in terms of what stuff cost. Also I left my debit card there and not only did the gentleman retrieve it but he went out of his way to contact me, searched and found me on Facebook and im currently going to get it. People do not do that anymore, work ethic like that is lost on this generation. Hopefully they see that to because u don't want to lose help like that cause u ain't gunna find it in the next applicant. Tyree Reyes I belive was the dudes name. Thank bro 🙏. Becuase of this ill go out of my way living in Fenton to come specifically to that location also I was on the fence between who was better yall and dollar general but Reyes made that decition easy.

Jade Rivette (naturally jade): A manager cornered two young boys who had made a mess in the bathroom, made them clean it. (sure okay, probably illegal but whatever) & after they cleaned it, she berated them, humiliated them, & threatened them w going to jail. (she absolutely just wanted an audience and was having a power trip). They should’ve just ran off when she followed them out of the store. Instead they did the right thing & came in to clean it. But that wasn’t enough for her, she she was demanding to confiscate their phones, & when they wouldn’t hand them over she called the police again.Pretty sure the parents could sue bc you can’t make kids (or anyone) clean a nasty toilet.

One register open, long,long, line and the Manager jumps on ONLY to ring up with another employee(who is leaving) and stands there and talks to the employee for 5 minutes. The line is growing LONGER and the says loudly after she is done, I just have to get carts. Then the ONLY cashier has an issue at the register, so the Manager huffs and says, "Didn't get far!" She overrides the register and RUNS to the back, and hides there. I felt so bad for the cashier!
Denise Glynn: On Sunday, June 12, 2022 at about 1:50 pm, we were standing in line with several other people. Keeley came and opened another register. Instead of saying, who is next, a man and woman ran over and started putting their stuff up on the counter. Your employee never said a word to them. As someone who has worked in retail, I find this very disturbing. We won't be back to that Dollar Tree.
