Jennifer Wilcox: I went through the drive through this morning and was not happy, first of all I couldn't hear what the girl behind the speaker was saying and had to continually ask her to repeat herself. She was not very polite when I did hear her. When I pulled up to the window to get my drink it was dripping all over me and my car. I would have handed it back to them to to wipe it down for me, but I had already pulled forward because someone was behind me. I'm sure NOTHING will be said about this review but I usually let things go and just deal with it, but this was something I felt needed to be brought to your attention.

1suvgirl: I always order cafe mocha no matter what the coffee place is. The cafe mocha here on linden road is ok. It doesn’t come with whip cream. You have to ask for it n I think it’s .50. But, the staff is really nice here. Overall, not bad. The Tim bits are really good.

Kristen: My son adores this location. We are usually up early for therapy or some other things. He has hyperfixation issues and a few sensory/behavioral issues. When we come in it is usually super early so they dont always have the sprinkle donuts ready but the staff here (one person in particular whos name I have not caught unfortunately) always goes out of their way to make my son a sprinkle donut. And it legitimately makes my kiddos day and mood a 1000 times better (which of course makes my day/mood 1000 times better). We now will make this our routine location.

Vincent Colussi (LiquidMetal92): Love this location. They always get our order correct, coffee is never burnt and that’s a sample size of over 15 visits now over 6 months. Food is good when we go to get breakfast. I live in Grand Blanc and intentionally drive 10 minutes further to this location because of the quality over the Saginaw road location (had terrible experiences there).Staff are friendly and quick at taking your order. Young crew in on the weekends and they’re always professional and personable. Shout out to Zach for making good iced caps lol

Rob Latimer: I ordered the chicken panni. It was ok but I think the chicken was made from processed tofu, it was white and flat with a funny texture, there was one bite that had something in it that must have been there to represent some sort of chicken cartilage. I like Tim Hortons but I think the area that it was in kind of hurts the brand. There was nothing remarkable about the visit nor anything that was truly horrible. Again there was some confusing conversation with.the order taker behind the microphone.

They didn't have any but the guy working assured me that he could make them for me to pick up later. So, I gave my name and placed an order for later in the day. Drive all the way there and no muffins, no order, nothing. They acted like they don't even do that. (Which they do) so that was a wasted trip. They always seem to be out of the good muffins later in the day. Why not make more? Why not have some for pm shift? Seems rediculous. Also, I just do not order drinks from there. Every time I do, it's a huge disappointment.. they don't have a simple syrup so if u want sweetener, it's going to be regular sugar in a cold drink. One time I ordered a hot coffee, told the guy I didn't want it real dark but definitely not too light when discussing the cream. I get it and it looked like a cup of milk. I even shared it on my FB it was so rediculous. So I go back through, I say, just a normal cup of coffee, like baby bear, just right. Lol but the guy assured me he understood this time. Nope. Same thing, got a splash of coffee with my cream! 🤣 It's always a mess ordering drinks so I just usually get a muffin. But yeah, there are much better options for me

David: Hard to give 5 stars to a place I've always liked when you got a -1 star service. Only customer, I was ignored for several minutes as counter guy kept walking past me.After I finally gave my order, and paid for it, he just walked away. No recept, no thanks... nothing. I struggled with 2 boxes, coffee and my cane to leave. Not the service that we get at Tim Hortons 😒.

I have made five complaints to Tim Hortons and they let me know that a franchise team member would be contacting me, no contact although several attempts have been made. This employee needs anger management skills and how to deal with stressful situations very disappointed I will not visit this franchise again

Shawna Fisher: It is 10:35 am and I was in line behind a Mom and her daughter. Her little girl dropped her small box of timbits on the ground and was extremely heartbroken. The Mom mentioned that her daughter dropped them and the girl behind the counter said there is nothing she could do about it. I understand that it is a business, but good customer service would call for just replacing them for the little girl. I was disappointed in how this was handled, so I left without placing an order. Do better Tim Horton's employees.

I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich and they asked me to pull around for it which already was odd because it was just one sandwich with no special add ons and after 15 minutes of waiting I had to go inside and check on my order. The lady just stood there with a blank stare on her face but the guy there actually did help me and go make my sandwich in less than a minute. I could hear him tell someone in the back that the order was cancelled and it was missed. Why my order was cancelled after I paid for it and waited is beyond me. They said they could not make my Panini because they already shut down the griddle even though the store was not suppose to close until 8pm. They told me to come back the next day to pick up my order. When I arrived the next MORNING (to make sure they had plenty of time to cook it). I was treated very poorly, no I'm sorry, or thank you. They even treated me like they didn't believe me when I said I had an order from yesterday. This was my very first time coming to this particular Tim Hortons and it will definitely be my last.

Alex Khait: It seems like they just can’t get it right, always come thru because it’s on the way to work. I ask for black coffee not filled all the way to the top with 5 sugars. Sometimes they put 5 creams instead of sugar, sometimes it’s no sugar at all, sometimes it’s filled to the brim and spills on my white t shirt, I think I’ll just pay a little extra and go to Starbucks across the street, too bad I actually liked Tim Hortons before.

I use the drive-thru most of the time and enjoy the rewards I get with the app. It is nice that they are reopened for inside dining as I went to one in the area of my work as several of us were coming from different areas and would be heading home to different parts of the county, so I chose one that would make the most sense for everyone to not be too far from their destination.

We were cut short in our order because we were told that they didn't have any more bacon available for the breakfast rap sandwiches . This made me believe that there was no more bacon In the facility. But my fiance/lovely wife ordered a bacon sandwich that came with loads of bacon on it.The donuts looked better than they tasted and the non-personable staff didn't express any concern about customer satisfaction... The best thing we got from Tim's was the Caramel and Mocca Frappuccinos and they weren't what we expected.I'm so disappointed because I had such high hopes for my first experience there.
