After trying on several dresses and several styles she brought one they had just got in. my eyes lit up when i saw myself in it, as well as the rest of my girls. carly weiss: I’ve been to 5 different stores to look at dresses and I thought going to a small business would be perfect. I walked in told her what color I want and size I am. She brought me a color I knew for sure I didn’t want in a size too big. I tried it on anyway and when she asked how I felt about it I told her it was too big. She said “obviously it’s not your size.” I was taken back by that statement but didn’t let it bother me. I told her it wasn’t exactly what I was looking for because of the bottom. She asked what I was looking for and I told her I wasn’t sure but it wasn’t that. She said “you need to know what you’re looking for.” I didn’t know what to say after that because I had tried on so many other dresses and didn’t love them. My mom had mentioned how the lady was being rude and helped me out of the situation. I will never go here again.

Year and a half later knew exactly measurements and payment.(sounds like duh but on top of everything) The lady was amazin everytime.. Absolutely no complaints highly recommend.

Amber Lindhurst: First impression of this place were fantastic! My bridesmaids purchased the dresses they loved with little to no hassle. The guys suits, however, are another story. My fiancé and dad purchased their suits and even though they were measured, their pants arrived unadjusted and were told we had to go else where to. The rented suits arrived 4 days before the wedding day and almost every single suit had issues either being too big, too short, or too small. We have received so much attitude trying to get everything fixed in time. Very unprofessional and very disappointed, frustrated in this experience! If you want to avoid a headache and have a smooth sailing wedding, do NOT go here!

Jimmy Gliniecki: Wouldn't recommend them, especially if you rent extra tuxedos for their free suit promo. The suits aren't tailored when they arrive and the sizes fit differently than their tuxedos. My jacket was way to small, they offered to replace it. That was 2 months ago and they are unable to give me an ETA of when a new jacket will be in. Its been 8 months since my wedding and I still don't have the full suit set. You should look elsewhere if you want to be treated as a valued customer and not a nuisance.

MrEbutts: This place screwed up all the outfits for the guys in my wedding in so many ways. Even when they said they fixed it, they just screwed it up even more. And they want you to come get your suits 2-3 days before the wedding. That's barely enough time to fix anything. Very dissatisfied. Actions speak louder than words.

Danielle VanWyck: Hello, My bridal party required 12 tux rentals which we chose to use President Tuxedo for. We had one groom, 7 groomsmen, 2 ring bearers and 2 fathers. The amount of stress that President Tuxedo has provided is immeasurable and will be something I regret. - My groom tried on his tux on Thursday. His pants were very short and his shirt sleeves were also extremely short. He returned on Friday to pick up the newly sized items. Again, the shirt did not fit. It was like a tent on him. They rush ordered him another shirt but he was going to have to pick it up after 12 PM on Saturday which was just 4 hours before our wedding. We ultimately decided to purchase our own shirt for his tuxedo after I called President Tuxedo to express my concern that this 3rd try was going to be a fail. I was told that his shirt fit him and that there wasn't a problem. My husband ended up buying a new white shirt and had to have all of his groomsmen forgo the cuff links because he wasn’t able to wear them with the shirt her purchased. My now husband wears a dress shirt to work every single day. The insinuation that he wouldn't understand if it fit him or not was insulting. -Both of the ring bearers had to come back to get a new size, their tuxes didn't fit. -Three other groomsmen had to also get their tuxes rush ordered to get the correct size because the tuxes ordered for them did not match the measurements taken. -One of the groomsmen shoes were so badly scuffed they appeared to have came from a thrift shop. There was a huge black line on one of them, it went from the toe of the shoe all the way to the heel. -The tuxes that the fathers ended up in were the wrong color. They were supposed to be black with black shoes but ended up being blue tuxes with black shoes. A wedding is such a stressful time, it is something that costs you thousands of dollars and so many little things go wrong. The fact that President Tuxedo added so much stress to our day for three consecutive days leading to hours before our wedding is unacceptable.This was sent to president tuxedo. I was promised to be contacted by their district manager by Monday. It is now Monday at 8PM and I have yet to see a response.

vOriginz Ryan: Terrible staff. It took them 3 times for fixing the length of my pants to realize that it didn’t fit in the waist. All of the staff was totally unfriendly other than the managers. Prices were ridiculous almost $200 for a 3 day rental. Most of the groomsman complained how uncomfortable the shoes were and had absolutely no cushion at all and felt like we were walking on cement. Would never recommend this company to anyone

Krystin Premo: I would absolutely never give this place any business. Poorly managed and unorganized. Wedding parties tux’s were late and then wrong. Wrong sizes, mis-matches colors for ties, vests and handkerchiefs. Looked like Stevie Wonder put thogether the ensembles. They fixed the issue and promised credit to the accounts and late fee waviers none of this was noted on anyone’s accounts, go to turn tux back in employee who was a young girl totally ALONE in the store was using the restroom we stood there for a good 15-20 minutes she comes out and has no idea what we’re talking about there’s no notes for her on the situation or left on anyone’s accounts. We had to pay a $50 late fee that should of been waived along with not getting the refund we were promised because “she was the only one there for the night and she doesn’t have the authority to waive fees.” Well then why in the world are you the only person in the store! Said management would not be able to be reached and all we could do was pay the fee to avoid another fee for waiting another day. Management was supposed to contact about issue next day, never did had to go back and deal with the issue. Management stood around the corner listening to the issues being explain the the associate then just barges in on the conversation no introduction no appology and essentially calls the grooms aunt a liar and that they were never supposed to receive anything because they fixed all the issues which the party picked their tuxes up the day before the wedding with no time to make adjustments so my boyfriend had a shirt that was way to big had to have the wrists rolled up so they didn’t hang out of the suit coat. After the manager essentially talking $*%# about the grooms family to try and get a rise out of them to probably have a reason to refuse the discount and escalate the situation they FINALLY credited the money back. Whoever the “assistant manager” of that place is needs to find a new profession or take a customer service lesson. Don’t know her name because of course she wasn’t wearing a name tag.

Doug Husocki: My daughters prom was May 4th. Her boyfriend was told he could get his tux at noon the day of the prom which. The day of the prom my daughter was all ready and then president tuxedo told him his tux wouldn’t be at the store until 3:00 then 5:00 and he finally got the tux at 6:30 not even having time to try it on because the prom was already started and my daughter was crying! They had to miss dinner and pictures with there friends because the tux was late and president tuxedo did nothing to compensate them. Horrible!

Needless to say they changed the time to 3 o'clock then 5 o'clock 6:30 without trying on tux we got it and flew to the dance. The missed their pictures before with friends. Missed their dinner. President tuxedo did nothing. Not even give the kids the money back for dinner tickets that they were not able to eat.
