anthony gibson: I called a day before I left Alaska to see if they could deliver flowers to my wife on a Saturday before I got home. Not only was this short notice for them but it also interfered with their personal time. However, they ended working late and coming in early just so my wife would get those before I got home. Not only did they go above and beyond but their flowers seem flawless! I have yet to find a place to offer such good looking, long lasting flowers. From now on, I only get my flowers from here.

Julie Williams: My sister in law passed away on Monday and Wednesday we went into Cathy's to look around and see if we could find something special for a special loved one...I didn't get the ladies name but, she said she had worked there for 2 years --but, she went out of her way to help us decide and she said she would do a good job for us so, we put it in her hands and honestly it was such a beautiful display---we bought the standing angel and she had a full ivy spred and she put in white daisies and she said she would add a ribbon and when we saw the ribbon it touched us so as it said Sister on it (when we expected just a plain ribbon) and she even added a butterfly on the flower....we are sooo pleased with it and everyone that commented on it I gave Cathy's full advertisement of how much we loved working with her shop...highly recommend them...a happy regular customer from here on in!!

Jessica Eldred: Just stopped by at Vogt's not expecting to find the greatest selection of floral arrangements the day before mother's day but we were happily mistaken. Bought two beautiful arrangements and had the opportunity of selecting from quite a few options in all price ranges. The place was very busy but we were greeted and helped by the nicest man. Didn't catch his name but he was bald with glasses, respectfully. He helped us from start to finish even offering to take them to the car. We were in and out in 10 minutes which to me, is saying a lot the day before mothers day. Great service and beautiful arrangements!

Granted, I did choose the minimum amount but I was told the vase would include carnations, daisies, and lower priced flowers that will last longer. My person received a bud vase sized arrangement with 3 flowers and filler in it. None of which are the flowers that they said were included. I was just expecting more from it being explained. I would have rather had what was described with more flowers that cost less than a vase with 3 flowers in it.

Most recently, I ordered the designers choice arrangement for the first time- I have always been skeptical about choosing that kind of arrangement in the past. Loyce Driskell: We ordered a plant for a former friend and unfortunately Curtis Flowers did not follow-thru on the arrangement. They were given ample time, paid extra money and 3 options of potential plants that could have been delivered. We talked in length about the logistics! Unfortunately, they dropped the ball and nothing was delivered. We were told “they forgot to hit the send key”. We may not have even known that the arrangement was not delivered if a few members had not attended the viewing. You are only given 1 opportunity to pay respect to the family and the funeral service and when you trust the florist to deliver and they do not somehow an apology is not enough. We await our refund. Buyer beware!

Ashley Aubry: Lovely product but customer service severely lacking. Short and rude on three instances in the same day. Inquiry call, in person order and picking up. If I wasn't in a pinch, I would have canceled during the ordering process. During pickup, I wish I would've. First and last time I will be there.
Jenna Hoganson: The photo with the red roses was what we ordered. We specifically called all around to see who could do it locally instead of ordering online. Curtis told us they could. We went in and showed them the picture and talked about the different color roses & ribbon we wanted and added some twigs but otherwise wanted it just like that. Sue was very sweet and drew it out and had me text her the picture for reference. The second picture with the purple ribbon is what we saw when we got to the funeral home 🤬. When I called to say that is not what we ordered, the owner had very little sympathy stating "I did the best I could". He did offer a $60 in store credit (at this point why would we use you again?!), but at the end the best he offered was a $50 credit. Then, the flowers wilted not even 24 hours later. On the 3rd day (the actual funeral), the flowers were dead (side shot photo was from day 2, full last photo was day of the funeral). Do not recommend them and will not use them in the future.Response to Owner's Response: We texted the photo to Sue when we were there in store as she was going to show it to the "designer". When I called to complain, Sue answered the phone and told me that she showed the picture to you and you told her it couldn't be done because it was an "Oasis" or something. Then you, the owner, got on the phone and told me you couldn't make it like the picture and "did the best you could". Either way, that doesn't explain them wilting away not even 24 hours later. No, we would not use you again.
Don Stone: Bought two beautiful wreaths and a grave blanket. I consider them on the pricey side but the beauty of both the wreaths and grave blanket were worth it.

I got two healthy plants so I gave B&B another chance. The last order, I ordered 2 plants. This was two weeks ago. Both plants have since rotted and died. What a waste of money. Their website is pretty and they have a nice selection but I’ll never order from them again.

Great customer service! Quality packaging and the price I paid 78 including shipping was PHENOMENAL. I'm located in Springfield missouri so my very tall and healthy plant had a ways to go!! Tana Lloyd: Leslie Dietrich is a wonderful talented caring person and runs a beautiful floral shop. Having moved out of state, I found myself in the need of a rush for a funeral arrangement, and 5 minutes before she closed for the day, she answered the phone, she took my order, personally wrote out the card and hand delivered the arrangement to the funeral home in time for the visitation that evening with only minutes to spare before the family arrived. She could have just said she was closed for the day, or that the order wouldnt go until the next day , so she could end her work day and go home, but instead she went above and beyond and took care of me...the customer, but even more so in the process she also let a dear friend know that there were thoughts and prayers coming to her and her family from NC that couldnt be there in person to honor her husband who had passed and help console them in their time of grief . Extraordinary business owner and kind heart . This is the florist you want to useover and over again to help with your lifes times of joy , love and sympathy .Thank you Leslie Detrich for being you .

Andrew Stern: Leslie is the sleaziest business owner I've ever encountered. We bought a $35 garden stone for a funeral. I was also told it came with an easel which was great but not necessary. When I looked at my credit card statement, I noticed that she charged me $90! I'm not kidding! A $55 up-charge without notice. When I called her to question, she said I called back for flowers to be added and the "included" easel was additional, not necessarily "included" with the price. Which is all 100% false, why lie about that to get more in sales? Has this worked successfully for her in the past? Leslie said if we wanted our money back, we would need to call the family to return the easel but the flowers could not be taken off. Why I would I ask a family that just lost their loved one to return an item because the florist tried to upsell? Not only am I reporting her to the BBB, but I'm going to make sure no person has this experience ever again. No one should have to deal with this when you're trying to support someone who losted a loved one.

KM Helton: Greatly disappointed. I was the only customer in the store. A worker greeted me when I asked if they had a couple of flowers I could buy that weren’t in a vase. She showed me a half-dozen of roses with a bunch of fancy greenery and a big bundle of Spring flowers, both we’re about $30. I told her I was only looking for two or three flowers that’s all. She told me it would take her an hour to wrap it up and I needed to come back. 🤨 I politely repeated myself because at this point I can’t believe it would take her an hour to pull three flowers and tie a bow around them. She told me she was sorry, but what’s in the showcase was all her cash and carry and if I wanted a custom bundle it would be an hour. Well, since I was headed to my nieces graduation and didn’t have time, I went ahead and bought the overpriced bundle of Spring flowers. She asked if I wanted a water packet to help keep them fresh. I was thinking this was apart of the package as the flowers were overpriced and should already include it, much like the flower food packet that normally comes with it. Nope! It cost me $3! Here’s the kicker, she took two minutes to go in the back to wrap up that bundle and bring it out to me, but couldn’t do it for three little flowers I originally wanted.I was extremely disappointed because I wasn’t asking for much, I was actually asking for less. I didn’t need all the fancy additional stuff, I just wanted a couple of flowers with a bow.My mom was waiting in the car and when I told her what happened we both agreed that we don’t plan to go to Grand Blanc Florist for flowers ever again. I could have gotten the same thing at Kroger for half the cost.
