ashlee forrester: I purchased a battery for a motorcycle from here. When I purchased it, the man at the counter set my old and new side by side. They appeared to match up. Once my husband tried to put it in the motorcycle it was slightly too tall to connect. I called the store and talked to the woman. Explained my problem and was told I would get a call back. Never did. I call back again and speak to the man. Only for him to act as though I am stupid and that he checked the battery next to the other. (I know he did. I was there) doesn't change the fact that the battery I have, does NOT fit our bike. After purchasing another battery and finding out that the original owner of the motorcycle has done some customizing to the bike and that is why there is a different battery than what originally comes in it. We were not told about this when we purchased. We are going to have to change the cables in order to fit the correct battery. That's fine. I now have two of the same battery, both don't fit. So based on cost I decided to take the one from this location back.Upon arrival, both of the two I had previously talked to where standing there. As I am explaining the situation. The man was very rude. He continued to say he would love to see this said motorcycle, acting as though I am a liar about this battery not fitting. I told him I just want to return the battery. He goes on tell the lady that he doesn't care what she does for me. I told him I have no need for two batteries that don't fit. I have to change the cables. He asked why I chose to return his, I let him know because the other one was less money. He laughs at me and walked away. Only to return a few minutes later to pour a cup of coffee near me and mumble under his breath "cheaper huh" hahahaha. As a woman, I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone. They are rude and unprofessional.

Then he guy said take my tools and see if you can find one and I'll give you a discount. So after tracking thru the mud for an hour I can't find a good alternator. So we go back to the office and the guy locks the door because he's by himself and can't run the counter and pull parts. Don't waste your time this junkyard is very disorganized and don't know what they have for part's.

Nolan Grant: They were the only ones who had the transmission and torque converter I needed for my project. They proceeded to use 4'+ pry bars to break the dust cover off from the engine and bent the torque converter in the process. Initially everything looked fine but upon inspection at home we noticed the damages done. I got the run around from them on "trying" to find a new one for three days before they accused me of the damages and refused to refund claiming that they could not get ahold of the boss. So much for the 30 day warranty. Not professional at all they just want to scam you from your money.

Annette Reynolds: Leaving work today one of my windshield wipers broke. My truck was snow covered and it was -15 with wind-chill and 35 mph winds and roads were horrible. I called Auto Zone on dort and Richfield and was told they were open till 7. I hurried to get there but was very careful because I the wind was awfully.I got there and the young man that was working went out in this horrible weather to put windshield wiper on. I know this is something they do, but his attitude and caring personality left a warming feeling to me( someone who needed a pick me up). There are many kind people in this world but he was exceptional. I didn't catch his name but it was Christmas eve about 640pm. I want to say Thank You, this meant a lot to me.
