So the ladies behind the counter were like we can put green frosting on a donut. Completely accommodated my kid. That’s above and beyond. Donut sizes are awesome. Everywhere else has puny donuts that arnt even as close to as good as Donna’s. And they do a reading program for kids. Like they used to do at places when I was a kid. After going to Donna’s yesterday. There’s really no other options for me. Best shop. Deff go.

abby amey: 15 years....is how long I've debated about making this review. This is my hometown donut shop. It doesn't look too fancy and it isn't. It's perfect. I've been coming here for 40 years. My family before that. I've traveled all over the world. Chicago, NY, Paris (France), etc. But these donuts. The best. Fresh is amazing. Made every morning, and made throughout the day. Big, fluffy, fresh donuts filled with the best jams, jellies, puddings, and custards. Story goes two brothers owned the shop and the other broke off to make Donna's. Prices have gone up, but not far up enough to overly expensive. If you want a donut that changes your life, go here.

Casandra Guerra: I really wish there was a negative or no star option.I went through the drive thru and the first person that attended me was great but once I got my iced coffee I noticed it was not the right color so I tried it right away and it was so watery and milky. The person then called over another women and she told me how she always gets that coffee and that’s how it is.. mind you before I moved to Saginaw I lived in a city that had Dunkin’ Donuts everywhere and it NEVER tasted like this. She then sarcastically brought over a cup with just ice and cold brew and made it in-front of me to prove idk what. Then sarcastically (again) told me that she was going to wait for me to taste it to make sure I was “satisfied” at this point I was already checked out and just wanted to go because she was treating me like a child so I just told her it was fine and left. I wish someone would speak to me like that again.. because I regret not telling her something about her sarcastic remarks.

Kaitlyn Edwards: tried to go to the drive thru and they had cones up, then went to order inside and they had a sign that said “drive thru only due to short staff”, went back to the drive thru to order and still cant order because cones are in the way so I drove up to the window and the 3 workers just stared at me for a minute from afar so i drove away…disappointed to say the least. they could have at least came to the window and explained to me where i need to order

Andrew Toole: I really do want to like this Dunkin' Donuts, but they really just dont seem to want to be great or renowned in service and accuracy.They seldom really listen to your order. If you drive in or walk in. I generally tell my order at their tempo, and I never rush as I know they are feeling busy and overrun, which I generally never really see a true line of customers, but atmospherically, they must feel overwhelmed. This would assist in rationale accounting for the errors and lack of interest in really hearing your order and getting it correct.From coffee to the donuts, they have a 64.7% chance of getting it correct out of the 18 visits I have done since they open.Use the app as this may increase the probability of correct ordering and be patient as you enter the station or drive thru as they are trying in intent but lacking in interest to be a well executed and precise operation.
