Kristin: Place is okay. Employees are okay, some just seem like they don't care about working with the public. I brought my sons xbox in to be fixed, I was called a week later because it was done. I went up there and the guy behind the counter didn't bother asking me what console I was picking up and got a ps4, I told him that wasn't mine and he then blamed me saying I said ps4. I told him I hadn't said anything at all. Then another employee comes out to tell me my sons xbox isn't done yet. I asked why I was called and told it was done and they said "I don't know". I'm coming from fenton and it's not right around the corner from me as I'm closer to hartland. So I wasted gas for nothing, except to talk to an employee who seemed like he didn't know what was going on in life. Finally another week later I got a call it was done and it actually was. Now my son's xbox isn't working properly again, it was just "fixed" maybe about 2 months ago, and I still think it's something CPR repair has done to it.

June Trout: I took my iPhone 11 in for a screen repair. I knew taking it in that I would be paying out of pocket because I broke the warranty for using a third party screen. I used a third party screen because when I originally broke my screen I went through apple to schedule an appointment and they told me I had to wait two weeks. This time around, I had to wait a week to get in. My main issue is that I had to wait at the store for two hours while they figured out how to charge me for the repair. I ended up missing work over this. After this two hour wait and $200 later, they started working on my phone. I got it back about an hour later and the screen was working fine. I later found out that my Face ID was not working. After resetting my phone, resetting Face ID, and googling the problem, I found out it was most likely due to an incorrect screen repair. I tried calling the store and apple. I called Geek Squad 20 minutes before they closed and no one answered. I also called apple. The tech ended up having technical issues and had to disconnect. I was told I would receive a call back from apple and never did. I’m still trying to contact apple or Geek Squad to fix a problem Geek Squad created. This whole process is a nightmare and I hate that this is the only place that is apple certified in this area.

Her (refurbished) phone hasnt worked correctly since a week after she got it. Complete waste of money
