That being said the beginning has some mucky areas that usually have walk-arounds but even some of them are a little bit mucky and if your horse avoids the muck pot you could wipe out a knee on a tree.Once you get past that it is just beautiful! There are hills and lakes and forests and fields of all kinds. The Northwestern Trail takes you up to a place where you can actually swim with your horse .The trails are not easy for most newcomers (they are not marked at all) so you really have to go with somebody who knows their way.If you need a guide you feel free to contact me I would be glad to show you around . I ride all year round .Really is a gorgeous place . Can be like up north if you set your mind to it :-) one of my favorite places to ride.

Kristophr Miller: The barn is spectacular! The trainers are top of their class. The horses are treated with respect and with a deep knowledge of their physiology biology and necessary needs. If you're looking at boarding here your horse will be happy healthy taken care of in the most excellent of manners. If you're looking for lessons here be prepared for a challenge the trainers are fair but tough. And lastly the sense of family and camaraderie is so deeply ingrained but even after a few weeks you start to feel as part of the family. Wonderful people, wonderful staff.
