laura enborg: I purchased a pair of Ariat boots from Amazon they were shipped from the wire horse shipping was extremely fast I was pleased because I needed the boots for an event I was going to in las Vegas. I order a lot of stuff on Amazon never ran into this beforeThe box was old looking and taped all over like it had been damaged when I looked farther I noticed a big R rotten on the box I'm Shure this meant return all the price tags were removed from the box I like the boots but I thought I was buying a new pair of boots not ones that had been returned I can tell as one boot is a little stretched out more then the other unfortunately I leave next week for my event and don't have time to return them .I don't think I would order from this company againThank you Laura Enborg

Nikki Stenger: I’ve been to the wire horse a few times now and the customer service is always kind of dry and today the owner was quite snotty about telling me I wasn’t allowed to have my dog inside. If they don’t allow dogs they should have a sign but also if you’re not going to have a sign you can tell people a little nicer.. I definitely won’t be bringing my business back to the wire horse which is unfortunate because I live very close but, i’ll be finding somewhere with a lot more friendly staff.

Heather Kauffman: What a great store! The store in Ovid didn't have chaps for my daughter so we went to Wire Horse. They had Youth Sizes! Hurray! We had been to 5 stores that didn't have rough out youth sizes. The staff was super friendly and more than helpful. We even sat in a saddle to send pictures to our IEA coach to get his approval.
