Shannon Baxter: So my husband and I closed on our house on July 2nd. We waited 5 hours. 5 effing hours in the car. It was 90 degrees that day and we had a 1 year old. Afterwards there was an issue with transfer of funds when I called they said they would call me back. They never did. I called them again the next day Devin answered the phone extremely rude and said that they were short staff and maybe could call me the next day. Do not use them. I am so upset about my experience.
Kimberly Stoltenberg: First off I want to say that I am an RN and I understand COVID and how times are different. However the curbside closing that First American Title offered left us doing all the work. We had to go through paper after paper alone in our truck trying to figure out legal jargon on our own. We signed our names to things we have no idea about without ANYONE to help us. Sure we could call in and ask questions but after the 5th time calling with very little support on the other end of the phone what was the point. First American Title was paid a lot of money to do absolutely nothing. We had to drop off our own paperwork to the township we live in and we just received a check from First American Title for our summer taxed to again take to the township office we live in. I was suppose to receive a call from Amy Price the Manager of the office today and now it is 5:22pm the day before a holiday and still no return call. They made us jump through hoops on debt that belonged to our parents. This company is less than helpful and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. If I treated my patients the way they do their customers I would be fired. Don't waste your time with this company. Pick one that values their customers.

Jay Burgher: SELLER BEWARE. Very frustrating experience! Sold property on land contract and the title work was void of any detail. Even with the additional docs I demanded be added to the file my options are so few that they referred me to an attourney to have the docs ammended. If you are considering using this title company, I urge you to reconsider or request another instead.

RML: Had a closing scheduled at my realtors office ! The closer never showed up ! My realtor faxed then documents they requested sane documents from me ! Requesting my mothers death certificate then they needed both parents! This company does not seem to know how to close a Mortgage! I would not use them ridiculous poor service never to show up!!!!!!

My Realtor was deceptive as well as Sargent's Title negligent having the Sellers close me. I did not get my full mortgage documents. Because they were wrong.Unethical dealings . I chose this company . And mortgage underwriter to my realtor I fired.
David Verellen: I have use them for years. With over 14 real estate transactions that they have had a hand in the title work. Wonder full people to work with and they go above and beyond to make your transactions go smoothly. I high recommend them.

Pesak Hraap: Don't bother trying to call the number listed because it does not ring in the Flint office. Apparently Greco did not see fit to install phones. And make sure you get your money before you leave because the people are impossible to track down after you sign. Don't buy "your check will be available tomorrow".
