Telling me my stuff was garage sale material and too much to deal with! (After meeting with me 2x and encouraging me to bring more from my grandmas who was a hoarder) So at the last minute my kids and I had to do it all in the rain alone!She had alot but 98% was new new in bags still! Im glad After the initial shock we pulled together and got it done, we made a killing. God is good because so many people came to the sale to shop but begin helping and supporting me, one lady even came back the next day offered tables n bagsAnother her time she spent hours to help set up!! There are still honest angels in the world!! As for Nick, all I can say is what goes around comes around! I dont need to sue you for bailing on our signed contract your rep around town says enough.

Marilyn Kopp: Very difficult to work with. They spend only a few hours preparing, but ask a high commission. Their Facebook claims they do everything including set up and cleaning but I found they did none of this. I think it all depends on whether Nick thinks your things are good enough for his standards. If your stuff fails he has no interest in the sale and is very rude. I had to cancel my sale the day before as almost nothing had been done. There are lots of good sale companies. This is not one of them.

Stefanie KC: So unprofessional! They Won’t tell you the discount for current days sale until you drive to sale. Horrible policy! I had a two hour drive and didn’t know if It would be worth my effort to drive 2 hours again for the estate sale on the last day. At the sale the previous day the sales people were complaining loudly in front of customers at the mess people make inside and how they weren’t having fun anymore. Very unprofessional to speak bad of customers in front of customers. Business 101. I asked what the sale discount would be tomorrow , I was told to call and ask what the % off would be the next day and given a business card with the phone number. I called the next morning and was told “no she wouldn’t tell me”. She quietly laughed as she said sorry, so I know it was not genuine and she did not care. Why not post the % off??? What is the big secret??? This seems so shady! This could easily be done on their website or EstateSales app. They do not care that people drive hours to certain estate sales and don’t want to waste their gas especially when gas prices are this high??I will never go to any of there sales again. Lost a customer. Would NOT recommend!👎🏻😡

Sue Beresh: I have had the pleasure of working with Michigan Liquidators since January as they prepared and executed a very difficult estate sale this past July. I am out of state so the most details were handled by phone and email very successfully.This was a family property with items hoarded/collected since the 1950s and was a disaster. The first part of the process was to sort through the mess for anything of value which was no easy task and then to organize and stage it. There was ample advertising ahead of the two weekend sale.The sale included a number of non-running antique cars, auto parts, tools and lots of other stuff. They were able to get most cars running, handled the title transfers, attracted 1200 people to the sale and were able to sell almost everything. The scrap metal at the end was sold to a scrapper who cleaned the property and PAID us for the scrap metal he hauled away. They kept the lawn mowed, demolished a small building, hauled away 6 dumpsters full of trash, and properly disposed of a trailer load of tires and used motor oil..Mark was always in contact with us as to progress and never promised more than he delivered. He often sent pictures as updates. Mark and his team went over and above our expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an professional, experienced, ethical and caring company to handle what at first seemed an insurmountable task.

Even when there is larger equipment or tools, there is someone that can help give you the price, or make a deal on a bundle of whatever it is.
