Tactical Bacon: This is like the story, "The little Engine that could"...sort of. This store is too big with too little employees. The 4 employees that actually do come in and work hard are doing all they can, but need to cover shifts and responsibilities of 10 other employees who are not there. Not because they didn't show up, or had the day off, just because this store only has 4 employees. Customers get upset, saying, " you need to tell more people to come in and work!" When all the while, I'm sure the employees just want to say, " We'll, this is all we have! We can bring people in to work who aren't employed to work. And no one wants employment anywhere, but they want money and they want to complain when you aren't working. Or doing all you can with what you have (left).

McMx5: Love the store but they either need to train their cashier on customer service or hire new people. I couldn't find a worker to open to open the fitting rooms so asked the cashier. She huffed & puffed as she called someone over. When checking out the same cashier complained that we didn't have the clothes on hangers. Then said "are you really going to keep piling clothes up here?" to my 12 year old son. Then when the phone rang, she said "go away". Maybe she was just old & cranky but if you hate your job that much, maybe find a different one

He was super informational about what shoes are beneficial for different level of runners and foot types. I came in with a specific shoe in mind but ended up buying something different because it fit my needs much better. His customer service was on point. 10/10 would recommend

Larry was professional, Larry was knowledgeable, Larry was patient, Larry needs a raise!! I walked out of that store with the most comfortable tennis shoes I've ever owned!! I'm 50 years old and have neuropathy in my feet from cancer treatments. Thank God and Larry I'm back to walking again!!3-25-22Back today for another pair of running shoes! Jessica Binko: Poor, poor customer service. As my son was just getting into hockey, we probably were in Perani weekly. Purchased skates, pads, stick…One evening, we were In the store and I was leaning on a wall as my son looked at various NHL pucks. When I stood up from the wall, my entire arm was covered in white paint.They barely let me use their “private” bathroom to try to clean myself up. My $60 Nike sweatshirt was ruined. The gentlemen working was highly dismissive even suggesting it was my fault because it “smelled like paint in the store.” I left my number for a manager to call me, but no one did. I called on at least three occasions and there wasn’t ever a manager available. The last time I called, the guy told me they were going to offer free skate sharpening. 🤣 No one ever called me.My son is 5 years old and just beginning hockey. I am confident we have several years of purchasing equipment. I will never return to Perani, not because my sweatshirt was ruined from them failing to put up a “Wet Paint” sign but because they failed to take accountability and essentially tried to gaslight me over a sweatshirt.Are these the guys you want to trust to help you get the needed equipment?

I was stoked I was able to find one in my favorite color. Shipped quickly and was exactly as pictured. All you can ask for!

Instead of saving a good amount of money and ordering online I got them there. I was told by one employee that a profile on the skates came with the purchase. Come to find out it doesn’t and it is not even discounted. This is a far cry from the way we ran things 20 years ago in Lansing. Go to Perfect Edge in Howell, a lot better customer service!!
