Scott Hattis: The absolute most horrible place to have a payee. If you need a representative to handle your SSI funds then You now know where NOT to go. Keep your money safe from these stingy bozos. They are very rude and don't like to give you any money at all. I think they are stealing from people.

Adriane: This is for the Flint location. They are unprofessional and have extremely bad communication. Don’t recommend this place especially for php.
Brenda Cousins: I absolutely love my therapist. She absolutely helps me out with being able to work with me on zoom appts vs going into the office.
Aspen: I went to the partial hospitalization program for 9 days. I was in the kids/teens room and it was terrible. The woman running the group therapy (Lisa) treated everyone rudely. She would often get into long arguments with kids (specifically the ones who were in there for anger/violence) and make the environment feel tense and uncomfortable. There was no therapy, we spent the whole day filling out and reading papers on mental health. I would go home with 10-30 papers a day, barely any of which were helpful. It felt like a boring, stressful classroom rather than group therapy. At the slim chance that we did talk about our own issues, Lisa would barely care. Kids in there for self harm would be told "you really have to stop doing that" or "hurting yourself won't work" and nothing else. She didn't even try to help, and was disliked heavily by everyone in there.I really want to rate this place higher, since my outpatient therapist is really kind and good at her job, along with all the other staff. But I can't ignore how terrible the partial hospitalization program was. I just feel bad for everyone in the program with me that had to suffer through it.
synthonaplinth: Have filled out an eight page packet and have had my intake call. That was two weeks ago. If they treat depressed people like this, it would be scary to think about how they treat people who are suicidal. Went to a doctor who prescribed drugs but the underlying issues need to be dealt with.
LocalTeleportingToaster: Their Technician who was supposed to watch the kids literally kept bullying another kid, and demanding that we teach. They give us paperwork and yet didn't explain, help. They kicked me out first day for calling out their problems and for having a suicidal ideation attack there.The Technician has severely damaged my mental health and others, and they do not do their job properly. NEVER take yourself and your kids here. My family counselors husband, in the adult area has also been bulled here. This place is horrendous. One bad worker that hangs out with kids won't take liability for their damage, bullying, and harm on other kids mental health and treats children like property.
Barry Strong: My dauhhter missed one zoom call with her threapyst and they dropped her.We payed 1600.00 out of pocket for the day program and there was no diahnosis but they had no problem perscibing her meds that she was on then cut off becouse of one missed appointment.Bottom line they dont care about your childs mental health they care about your money!
Zeaxona: My therapist cared a lot about me. I didn't like the desk lady, she had an attitude a lot and seemed like she was annoyed. The other front desk lady was always nice and understanding. She may have had some slip ups, but her work ethic made up for it. I didn't like my psychiatrist. He didn't understand some of the normal everyday things that I would do and never understood how I felt. I also personally had a hard time understanding him some times, based off the way he would word things, I don't think he is a bad psychiatrist, just wasn't right for me.
Schwanz Munster: Excellent service. Friendly staff. My therapist is fantastic and I've been there less then 6 months! If you have anything you need to talk about do not hesitate to come to this place and get started.

Derek Jimenez: The counselors and support staff are caring and wonderful at providing a nurturing experience that enables mental growth to handle the stresses of the day. The counselors are fabulous.

Maggie Andres: I’ve been to the Partial Hospitalization Program twice and both times it was a great experience! Group therapy is helpful and a lot of fun, and the staff genuinely cares about you and how you’re feeling. I go to regular outpatient therapy and my therapist is awesome! She’s lots of fun and a great listener, the best therapist I’ve had!

We love her staff and her office. Wouldn’t trade her for any Dr in the world. I would say she goes above and beyond for her patients. You sometimes are in the office a while but she gives her patients equal time. We love her and the staff as well . 💕💕
Ashly Waddington: This place is a total nightmare! Wait times are absolutely rediculas! waited for almost 3 hrs to be seen. I have never seen a more unprofessional doctor and staff and I work in the medical field for over 20 years. There are no follow ups. Regina Banks: Good place to get free clothing and personal items.
Melissa Warren: Security guards need to seriously stop trying to sleep with every client that goes through the door or is at rhe warming center its very unprofessional and offensive and annoying.

Brenda Freeman: I had given up hope that my life would ever get any better. Somehow Misty and Mr. Griffin has made me have a little bit of hope after I gave up. They have a way of talking to you that makes you believe that everything will be okay. They do everything they can to keep you off the streets. I am so thankful to them. And Tina at the front desk if wonderful also. With everything I have going on right now I can't remember nothing. Like today for instance, not only did he make sure he took the time to wait on me himself when the front desk could've taken care of what I needed, I asked him the same question I did last week and he had no problem repeating the answer to me. When I apologized for it he came back with, don't worry about it that's what I'm here for. Then he said, if you have to call me every day to ask a question then you do that. Whatever makes you feel good. It was that simple statement and the way he said it that reassured me that everything is going to be okay. Misty is always on top of things. If I send her a email or call her and leave a message I never have to wait long for her to get back with me. Even when she is home sick she's always taking care of business.

Seaun Campbell: The workers are putting aside the things they want before we can get it. I am not allowed to come until September because I got a purse I saw. I was told it was on the workers desk which it wasn't and that I plotted to get it. I've never been so humiliated before, I talked to Mary which is the boss and explained I just saw it and walked over and got it. Told her how her workers ALL gave me looks while I was being checked out and said nothing about it. BUT I came in today and was accused for it. She sided with the female worker. I told her it's her workers the one stealing not I AND should be reprimanded.. . So to ALL DONATERS KNOW YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT GOING TO US FIRST UNTIL THEY CHOOSE WHAT THEY WANT. AND THEY'RE BEING ALLOWED TO SO... Their job is to place donations out on the floor for us to choose what we need and want, not for them to take FIRST. It's a shame we get treated like this from a charity organization.

Rochelle Anderson: This would be a zero if I could. I spoke with two separate people, a month apart, and they were extremely rude and would not let me finish what I would be saying. The one gentleman was arguing aggressively as he answered the phone and began being rude with me. I told him he didn't have to be so rough talking to me because I have certain issues he was triggering in my medical history and he didn't care and was even ruder. The lady today would not listen fully either and I couldn't say anything. I called the program supervisor because customer service seems to be a thing of the past at Catholic Charities. I've seen amazing service here in the past but the last few years, awful people are handling some of the most sensitive clients. The two specific people I speak of need some empathy training seriously. You could seriously cause harm for those who may be one bad conversation away from the unspeakable. You two should be ashamed of yourselves!
