David Hage: Good place for parts, but when I call in an order and tell them I am tax exempt it should be on the bill. I was home before I realized they charged me tax. He didn't ask either and they should given the type of business.

Mike Landis: I had a very pleasant experience with the parts staff, in particular Greg. He found what I needed and told me that it was not in stock and it would be a couple days before he could have it. A couple days was not going to work for me as I needed asap. I asked Greg for the Part Number to which he refused to give me unless I agreed to buy the part from them. He stated, "So I'm going to spoon feed you so you can go somewhere else?"I was not very happy with this response, so I called back and ask to speak to the manager. Jim listened to my complaint and proceeded to give me a generic answer of "I'll have to use this experience as a teaching tool".I wonder if that teaching moment will really happen or if they will brush this off as another customer that was asking for to much? I wonder what their customer service training is really like? Management must be proud of Greg for turning away future business just because, in his opinion, I wasted 10 minutes of his time.It is businesses like this that will never contribute to our society's sense of community or lend a helping hand to people in need.

Zathras Babfour: Went in to purchase a tractor on October 14, 2020 . Tractor was in stock. Needed a backhoe installed. In stock. Paul also seemed very confused on the pricing. Cindy told him no. That's the wrong price Cindy his girlfriend stated she would call on Monday 19, 2020. Cindy called on Tuesday morning. She was very rude. Asked her when they could deliver it. She stated you have to sign paperwork first. I stated I can come in now, before I do I need a delivery date. Cindy stated she would call back. Never called back. I called them. Cindy said let me get Paul. Paul was very nasty when he got on phone. He stated you need to come in and sign paperwork before I can tell you a date. Stated he can't run a business like this. All I needed was a delivery date. Seemed shady. Keep in mind I had already been approved for financing a week ago. I called two other good companies on the same tractor. Both gave me a date as they had them in stock. So I am going to a reputable dealer tomorrow. Aeschliman Equipment Whitmore Lake. Scott told me we can get it to you this Saturday if you come in tomorrow Wednesday 10/21/20. I guess they would like the $20K

wade ballmann: Not honest on their tractors they sell. Drove over 2 hours for a tractor the salesman said was great mechanically. 4x4 was out and acted it wasn't a big deal. Looked around for another tractor and all the cylinders leaked oil on the loader. Had no hydraulic pressure. Its a wonder how they guys are in business. Out of the 4 tractors they showed me they all had something hidden on it. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Morgan Lennox: All your equipment needs. Looked at a Kubota which the 4x4 didn't work, they claimed to not know. They showed me another tractor, about bought it until the engine has a small noise. Engine had a hole in it and it was welded and gooped up with some RV sealer. Showed me another tractor and promised it was good... clutch was about out, pto didn't shut off, and water in the transmission/ hydraulics.Look no further, they sell some good tractors but dont take your chance. Just look past anything used on that lot...

William McRee: I recently purchased a used Kubota mini excavator from Nolans, and in the first 50 hours of use had to replace the tracks, lower rollers, one upper roller, had to rebuild a hydraulic cylinder and a replace a seized hydraulic final drive. over $4,000 in parts. I knew the tread on the tracks was worn, but I didn't expect so many things to fall apart so quickly. I likely will never buy anything else from this establishment, which sucks because they are so close and have so much inventory.

R. Farms: Was looking at a Branson 4520r, upon inspection the tractor has a right rear axle seal leak with 275 hours on the tachometer!!! The PTO spins with the PTO lever disengaged, when questioned about the fixing of said items above the owner became frustrated and walked away!!! Less than impressed and will never return to the business!!!!! Anyone looking here beware and do research on what you’re buying since the owners are very uneducated on their products!!!!!

Shelly Ryckman: I would give a zero if I could. My husband has called twice and left his number. Once with the owner and once with owners wife. Both said they would check on a bucket for our tractor. Never got a call back. They will not be getting our business again!

Mr.GrowWithTheFlow: Sold me a tractor with a broken pto. He said it was in working order and that they use it all the time. It spun but when you put an implement on it it has no power. Sold as is and the fix is 4k. Disappointed that they would take advantage of a "new to tractors" person. They will never get my business again. I would advise others to beware as well.

I was told our tractor was field already got it home and the PTO doesn’t work he gave us the runaround. Be careful first time farmers first time tractor Buyers ! Now he wants to charge us to fix it LOL I understand buying something as is and is used but don’t tell us the tractor is field ready And it isn’t! Paid $18,000 for tractor we can’t even use in the field until we get it fixed. Very poor service wouldn’t even call us back .

Bob & Kim scott: Rick Hodges is pretty slippery. He must have a following, they have been there thirty years or more, as far as I can tell he thinks spray paint will rebuild a tractor.
