I couldn't wait to find out what was on those tapes! I called multiple companies and from the moment Larry answered the phone - he was nothing but professional. He was kind and really seemed like he cared about preserving my memories. Those tapes were from the 1980's! He communicated with me regularly throughout the process. He was upfront about costs, (which were much more fair than the other companies), and he was transparent about what he was able to salvage from the tapes. When I received the google link I was able to easily download the videos. Very easy to assess. The quality of the videos were good. Larry went out of his way to adjust the sound on a few of the videos. If I ever need anything else digitized, I absolutely will use AfterBurner Media again!
