Heard nothing back. Ok whatever. Figured it wasn't that easy but they even said so. Guess not. They came, cleaned the vents and left. Was fast and sort of painless. Except I had so much mess left over my basement on shelves, floors, etc. I was kinda surprised. Messes left pretty bad but oh well. I would not use them again. Most of the workers came to my house and would smoke weed in my driveway. Most of the workers didn’t know what they were doing or what was going on. They started out great in the beginning we started the process of a whole new bathroom may 2020. Then all of a sudden Bill the contractor kept giving excuses of why he cannot work on my bathroom. He never communicated with me at all. I would have to reach out to him asking what is going on. With Covid I knew that the process was going be a bit slower but I have a closet sized bathroom. Here it is pretty much a year later and my bathroom is just getting finished hopefully this week! It is Now April 2021. Worst process of my life working with Bill. The guys he sent out to do the jobs were GREAT, but Bill was horrible. He always has an excuse and does not communicate with you. Not professional at all! Nia: I called Dustin when I had a bad sewage leak in my basement that was making me ill. He came out same day as an emergency service & did a spectacular job. My basement smelled SO horrible, some clothes were ruined and it had traveled behind the washer/dryer and just all around. Dustin was very transparent with me throughout the entire process and what to expect and it would most likely be a costly job. I was also in contact with Kirsten and she made the process of signing my documents so easy & painless! She was a fun and yet professional interaction which made the process so much more smooth! Tree roots are the culprit of our sewage backing up, so now we know we need to look for the tree to be removed… but it was worth the price! I can’t stress enough how relieved I was when I walked back down into my basement! It smelled SO wonderful (it’s been almost 48 hours and still does) I wasn’t able to find a trace of anything left, they blasted the mess away and did a good job treating/drying it. I love that they left a dehumidifier for 24 hours to suck out the moisture and further dry the basement out. I will let the pictures speak for themselves and even they don’t highlight how bad this truly was. pamela brooks: Bio Star Services did a great job on the biohazard clean up after my stepfather had a fatal accident in the home he and my mother shared. Bio Star Services was very responsive, professional, and caring during this period; basically, everything they claim to be on their website.Unfortunately, I can't say the same when it came to the restoration. Although my 87-year old mother had paid them up front for the materials and labor, it took over 2 months to get the work (a one-day job) scheduled and completed. They even failed to show up twice for scheduled installation appointments. Although the owner blamed those on COVID, the fact is that the materials hadn't even been ordered/paid for at those times; in fact, the flooring was only ordered and paid for 2 weeks after the original installation date. When they finally did show up to install the new carpet and vinyl, the vinyl installation was so bad that the product was completely ruined. Dustin agreed to a full refund for the vinyl materials and installation, but it took a long time to receive it and he stopped responding to emails, calls, and text messages.Wish we had done our homework, prior to engaging them, to verify the claims made on Bio Star Services website that they are "BBB Approved" and "IICRC Certified". Turns out that the BBB does not use the term "BBB Approved" and, according to the BBB, Bio Star Services is not "BBB Accredited". In addition, according to the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) organization, Bio Star Services has an account, but is not certified. Dustin refused our request for proof of the IICRC certification.We cannot recommend this company.Service:Flooring

They tried to charge us a lot of extra money so they could pocket it, and we realized that this company uses money from past projects to pay for current ones. bill greiner: I called AJ construction for storm damage to house ,barn and shed they came out took notes ,told me they would be over to cover the damaged areas with tarps they NEVER showed up. I called the next day he was shocked none of it was covered. They were gonna meet the insurance company rep at the house and talk they NEVER showed up. no phone call just NO SHOW haven't head from the company since. Don't waste your time. I called home adviser and within 5 minutes I had people calling me ready to come out and they did. The work is complete with excellent workmanship and very good results. (Thanx home adviser)

This is our experience, please heed this warning and immediately get a fire truck chaser, they will help you , despite what any insurance schmuck says. Do not let them screw you over like they screwed us.
