DJL: Very nice people, reasonable prices quoted during each of two visits to their store. Never any return calls, am a cash buyer due to 3% credit card charges they want to assess — way too much, tried talking me out of Vermont castings that I wanted, to sell me other stoves. They finally agreed to sell me Defiant Vermont Casting Stove. They said they would send someone out, waited over a week, and no calls. Finally decided to pick up and install stove myself, said that they had no stove. Over one month of wasted time and energy working with this company. They said they have been too busy to call anyone back. Recommend other dealer if you want Vermont Casting stove. Now I’m working with another dealer who has better prices and can deliver quicker. Wish some good luck and disappointed that they wasted all my time and theirs.

Seth Anderson: Pine tree (Curtis) fixed a problem we were having with our less than 5 year old high efficiency furnace. He is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Through his advanced troubleshooting methods he was able to figure out what was exactly wrong with our furnace. He also figured out how to get it working while I get the part ordered under warranty through the other local hvac company that installed it!! All while the other local HVAC company (the one who installed it) has me on a 2 week waiting list to even make it out to my house. Monday I will be canceling the installation HVAC company visit and only having them order the warranted part. If I ever build again or need any HVAC service Pine tree WILL BE the only place I go to from now on. Plus Curtis is super nice down to earth guy!!

Sherryll Fodale: Just wanted to post a great big THANK YOU to PINE TREE HEATING & COOLING. They came to my rescue twice in the last 3 weeks during this sweltering weather. My AC went out on that first 90+ high humidity day UGH. Called Pine Tree at 8:30. Kurtis came out around one and replaced some parts, said I was good to go. $150 for everything. Then yesterday I got the bright idea to install a smart thermostat. After installation, I couldn't get my AC to turn on so I called Pine Tree again confessing I was over my head. Kurtis again came to the rescue. This is a family-owned business that treats its customers like family. If you're ever in need, don't waste your time going anywhere else!!! You won't regret it.
