LIZ S: This pharmacy is the worst. There is one specific tech is always super rude. She barely speaks to you but makes sure you feel how much of an irritation it is to have to deal with you at all. If you get her on the phone she hangs up on you. If she hates people and her job this much I hope she gets a different career and fast. She is clearly miserable and wants to make everyone else miserable too.

Tina Sweeney: Beware! I go to this Rite Aid only because I don't drive and it's near my home. Every time I go the employees seem to get ruder and nastier. This time it was the manager: I gathered up my bottle returns; which is what I normally do when I venture out, kinda kill two birds with one stone thing, I had 21 returns. Walked up there, placed my returns in the cart and before I could even walk down the aisle I needed, the manager was counting my returns and pulled out one Sprite can and says "we only take $2.00 worth." I'm stunned, here we go again. (ya see, those employees at that Rite Aid don't know there's an actual written law about returns in Michigan.) And I've read it, I know what it does say and doesn't say. But anyway, he's gonna pull out one .10 can and hand it back to me? Bahaha! I say "$2.00?" "where's your store sign indicating that?" "I don't need a sign!" So I start to walk away and I say "you people are just ridiculous." With that comment he takes my returns and sets them on the floor, and I believe he stomped his foot and pouted his lip and said "I'm not taking any of them!" 😂😭😭👶 So I laugh, pick up my returns and head across the street. Laughing to myself, 3 days ago I returned the same amount, 21. That employee didn't say one word about a limit. But this "manager" felt like it was good customer service to hand me back one Sprite can and throw a hissy fit. I will NEVER give them another dime.

J Bigelow: Not happy was making a 16 dollar purchase. Lost my job a couple months ago so a little down on my luck. Had quarters to pay for purchase was told by clerk and I'm assuming the manager that I couldn't pay for my item using quarters unless they were rolled. Well for 16 dollars you would only have 1 roll. I felt insulted and embarrested and walked out of the store. Bad business. Also I do not believe this is a policy. As money is money.

Albert Isaac: Just got my covid booster here. Super quick and easy. Staff was friendly and efficient. The pharmacist also let me know home depot can copy and laminate my vaccine card, which I hadn't considered. It was awesome advice!

Bigg Red: This has to be the worst rite aid in the state of Michigan customer service is horrible all the staff is rude and treats you horrible I would not recommend shopping at this place I'm sure it will be shut down sometime in the near future

Sarah Jane: I got here shortly before the pharmacy was closing with a sick toddler. The pharmacist who's name was Ada informed me that our prescription wouldn't be ready until morning because of the time. I explained to her my situation and she went ahead and got my sons script ready for me which I very very much appreciated. Not only that she did it with a smile and a great attitude even though I was causing her to stay a bit later. Most pharmacists wouldn't do this so I consider it excellent customer service on her part. This will be my new pharmacy going forward.

Dustin Willis: I like going here because it's walking within to work. Speedway always to busy. So i come here... But you people obviously have the most lazy restockers when it comes to drinks .. Like seriously i see the drinks or water that's out stock in the self for 3 days i came to get a khama you have on the selfs in the back.. But you don't restock?

Edina Chambers: Medications take a long time to fill. They didn't take down my name or number until I came back a half an hour later and asked them to so they could call me with the script. I came in a third time and this time they finally said that they wanted my ID and insurance info which they said they didn't need the first two times and then couldn't fill my script anyway so I wasted hours. Went to Walgreens and it was in a half an hour instead of five.

My name is My name.: I would never go to this Pharmacy, i came in a few days ago with my prescription in hand asked the dude over the counter for a syringe so i can take my meds. He refused to sell me a syringe for my medicine and was very rude, treating me like i am some opiate addict who is looking to get high when in fact the medication i needed to take wasn't a opiate or anything like that!The medication came from walgreens and i didn't feel like driving that far when Rite Aid is right around the corner! Drove to Walgreens got what I needed!

Al Vans: Walked in to get a prescription filled. A worker in the aisle say hello from a few aisles over. I’m having throat problems so I couldn’t really respond. She then proceeds to very rudely scream “uhm hello?!?!” At me. Will not be coming back to this location

Ashley Paige: As me and my daughter walk into this drug store the two cashiers were laughing about the fatal Michigan State University shootings . One had a short haircut kinda blonde and the other has blue eyes . Laughing about that wasn’t cool . People lost lives and they laugh about it . I will never buy from there again 😔

Gavin Hosler: I timed my evening out to end up at this Rite Aid around 9:30 after having checked Google for the store hours knowing they close at 10:00. I arrived at precisely 9:27 to find one of the doors closed down and the other slightly down. I approached the door and stood there very uncomfortably as I two store employees just stared at me as if I was deranged, then proceeded to ignore me. I finally flagged one gentlemen over and asked politely, what was going on? He said, “we’re closed”. I looked at my watch then at the store hours there were 6 inches from his face and said, “I thought you closed at 10:00?” He responded with, “we can close whenever we want” then walked away.Sadly I never thought in a million years I would be treated this poorly at a Rite Aid of all places. I cannot bring myself to give this entity my business ever again.
