M G: Fast loading. One dock only, check the picture
Christine Douglas: No wait time loaded within just a few min, but sits in the middle of town so bit of a squeeze.

Kevin Helmboldt: DRY VAN DRIVERS:Dock is on side street off of Tuscola street. Ring bell next to door by the scale to get checked in.Friendly people and quick loading. Dry van dock is at an odd angle for set up, but not terrible to get in to. Plus you get to drive through Frankenmuth, which is worth it anyway.

Robert Ricketts: Super fast loading and friendly people. They only have one loading dock for van trailers though.

Wiebke Papenfus: I ordered bread and all purpose flour for the first time and used it to bake the most delicious sourdough bread I've ever baked! Doug was so personable and gave us a tour of his mill and storage room. Wonderful local business!
Anne Welch: Doug welcomed our homeschool family by giving us a complimentary tour of his marvelous mill! He was even willing to mill a little bucket full of rye kernels we had grown in our garden. I appreciate him taking the time to demonstrate his passion and skill in crafting such tasty & wholesome grains.

Lil Rasta Hoe: Favorite spot!
Rick Wittstock: Very disappointed. Wanted to order wings today. They told me they were not taking orders because they were short staffed.
Heather Anthony: Typically, the employees are very nice,but this cashier was extremely rude and not helpful at all. You may want to retrain Jennifer. Overseeing the self checkout. She wasn't just rude to me, but 2 other customers as well. She was the worst person in customers service I've encountered at any kroger.
Sue Frasik: The only good thing is the location. Dirty store, poor stock, never anyone in customer service. Most of the baggers (except Brenda) are useless.Employee reeking of weed as she got out of her car.The store was much better when Freda was manager.

Quintin Lee: I've been getting money orders from Kroger's on Richfield road for the past 7 years and never had a problem until now Hannah Desbrough has to be the most neglectful person working courtesy clerk I have ever seen in my life my money order was wrong and she knew it was but never own up to her mistake her co worker said it was my fault shift manager was rude she could careless about Krogers employees making mistakes

Gail Crump: WOW! Is all I have for some of the Kroger reviews. I'm not an employee but I am a long time kroger/Kessel (lol) shopper. At this location I had one incident with the kiosk and the person I spoke to at the desk. However; I take names and I DO call corporate. Trust! Other than that I find everything I need. I don't like that kroger doesn't have a non dairy section of choices available, as does meijer. Other than that this location is cool. Some of the experiences I'm reading....deserves a Call to the headquarters. I appreciate that this location is next to the apartment building that does have a lot of disabled persons (drunks too) but I digress it's good spot for the apartment dwellers. I love the savings card...I don't like the gas but if you do , unlike meijer your points can be used for gas. So I'm done I've went on, and on. Store cool some employees not so much. 4☆ for me...good day

Angela Stallworth: Can I just say how satisfying it was to walk into this store and to see everything was clean, stocked, and front faced. As a manager myself, it was so pleasing to the eye. Even the fruits and vegetables were beautifully stocked. The staff was very nice, especially the team member that did their gourmet popcorn. He was very helpful and super friendly!! This was a great visit. I will be coming back!!

Bobbie Pritchard: This place is another Christian owned company. Actually the Chiropractor in adjoining office owns or operates it with his wife. I went there because someone was in need of a food. They donated food and I seen that there was a chiropractor. I scheduled an appointment. I got adjusted and the doctor was extremely polite and did a through exam. Afterwards the doctor asked if he could pray for me. I said yes and this amazing man got down on his knees and prayed. He gave everything to the glory and grace of Jesus. I left there crying, good tears. Definitely recommend this to everyone with back pain! Before I can... I couldn't hardly bend over. I left, I could touch the floor flat handed! Blessed place, blessed people!
Donna Fair: Dr Joseph McCall is superb. He gave my mother excellent one-on-one and cared about alleviating her pain. Everything was explained thoroughly. To top it off, he Prayed with us at the end of the session. 💯
