Snehashish Chowdhary: The cafe is cozy and cute but definitely too much seating for the space they have. Delicious food, beverages and desserts. Special shout-out to their croissants for being so buttery and fresh as well as slightly acidic coffee (matter of personal choice). Very light chocolate mousse. The staff is really courteous and friendly. Deducted 1 star for this ultra modern online ordering system they have where you scan a code, order and pay on the phone. Really a hassle if you decide to have another cup of coffee or a tea.
Andrew Singer: ****Stay Away*****Went in for a prepaid, preorder for Mother's Day. Disaster.The photo attached is a pre order line. They took my money ahead of time and now they want me to wait an hour to get my order.This is grossly mismanaged.When you finally get inside, your in the same line as counter service. They scan your QR code, and then they prepare your order! Another 15-20 mins to get your order.What is the point or preordering and prepaying? I have no idea.This is just plain greedy on their part. They are taking more orders than they can reasonably handle.In fairness, their baked goods are very good.But NOTHING is worth waiting this long for.

Susan Van Klink: This could have been a 5 star review. The food was fantastic (5 stars). The decor was lovely (5 stars). The service, however, was deplorable — waitstaff were completely inattentive and even drinks / pastries took an excessively long time to be delivered.
