kell nettleton: I spent time gathering the paperwork needed for my bankruptcy drop them off to the office and Then paperwork was lost out of my file. I have to once again visit three banks and spend an hour in the HR office at work. Every time I call the office and speak to them it’s a mystery what is left for me to bring in. They always have to search the file because the list is been updated or organized. Every person I talk to says sorry things aren’t organized I have to go through and organize this. Nice people but a very frustrating adventure.
