Mackenzie DeBoer: I set up services in the beginning of October. I did it online I paid my money I got the receipt showing that I paid it. Then a week went by and I still did not receive my cans like they said I would. So I called and they told me that nobody had set me up an account yet nor is there any proof that I paid the money for the trash cans in for the monthly services. Then I was told that my cans would come the next week and that they got it all figured out, now it’s almost been three weeks and I still have not received my trash cans. I have called customer service twice they are so unhelpful they are trying to tell me that what I did was wrong and then it’s my fault and I would have to pay more money so that they can send my cans out when I already paid the money. I’m trying to get a refund but they are refusing to do so even though I prove about my receipts. If I could give them zero stars I would this is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with.

Mike: This is a horrible company. 5 of the past 8 weeks they have not picked up our trash. Same story as everyone else as far as them not caring at all. We’ve been dealing with missed pickups for years. I used to leave them money around Christmas time but after I realized they don’t care about doing their job I stopped that. So they are basically charging us and not giving us the service we pay for. We have called them more than 20 times in last 6 months and that’s when we started our service. My husband spoke to the managers multiple of times and they never solved anything or credit our account back. Very unprofessional and I don’t recommend this company at all.
