Jean Shingledecker: Our furnace went out overnight. Logged into Angies list and Wayne called promptly. Set up a time to come. His employee was actually the one to show, which is perfectly fine. He diagnosed and quoted. We agreed. He stated he had ro go get the parts, understandable. He also stated he was going to grab lunch, "can't work when hungry". Fine. After 3.5 hours I called and spoke to Wayne, he stated they hadtp get the parts and grabbed a bit to eat. Stated the other guy was on his way back. What did they do go to a sit down restaurant? I get a call about 1.5 hours after that and was told he went to the wrong job and he is now on his way, and he apologized, a miscommunication between them somehow. 5.5 hours later he arrived back. He apologized and said he messed up. He finishes, furnace is running. But nothing, not even a waiver of their service call fee due to basically an all day affair and the huge mishap. Poor customer service in my opinion. Initially he quoted me a price, then stated the 90 service call fee needs to be added. In the past when we have had people do repairs, the service fee is basically waived if they do the repairs. Needless to say, not a great experience.....

Flint Caskets And Memorials LLC: I contacted A & a &sons they came out and put an Condenser on my furnace. About 2-3 weeks later I had to turn on the heater and nothing happen. So I called them back and they said our warnenty for labor is (1) month. So I had to call another company because they said they would talk to owner. They were upset because I left a not favorable review. I mean they do good work but do not stand behind their work. This is a professional company it only is good business for a company to return calls. The work they do is good and fast, but make a public note that they only give you 30 says warranty on labor. I went through the state of Michigan to get it fix and I let them know also that when I called them backnthey refuse to.come back.. I heard a lady in back ground saying he left a bad review and I recorded the whole conversation in case I need it. ( the secretary told me ( quote I will talk to the owner and see if he will send somebody out ) still no one. So that's why I had to call another company. Again they do excellent work. -but just don't stand behind their work at least with us. We want to be treated the same way you treat people who leave you a good review. It is our right to leave a good or bad comment. This was not a bad review but an honest review. So for me I will not use them again. My parents used them for years -why could I not get the same treatment as you gave them. So now you lost (2) customers just because ) YOu said you CONTACT ME BACK AND YOU DID NOT.
