Debra Wallace: If I never have to go back here. I never will. Worst doctor experience I've ever had.Never told me the documents i needed (when i called 4 seperate times. Including 1 hour before my appointment to confirm i didnt need to being any extra documents). And then when i got there i was told of all the other documents i needed, which i didn't take because they told me i wouldn't need them. Then they only take cash, so i wasnt aware of this either. So i had to wait a whole hour until before they would attend to me. Get cash and then bring it back to them. Annoying, and extra stress i didnt need that day. I don't even want to go back to pick up my results because i was very disappointed. (This is before seeing the doctor).

Kelly Moore: He's a nice doctor but failed to get my husband testing after multiple appointments of telling him my husband was losing weight and not being able to eat. My husband died 2 months later of pancreatic cancer. The main receptionist is the worst. I was unable to walk due to sciatic nerve pain on the day of my appointment and called the office to see if I could get a video appointment, the main receptionist basically told me she was the gatekeeper and I couldn't have a video appointment and she was dismissing me from the practice. She stated I was not following the office policies and I had a balance in collections which I never knew about, and I was rude to staff. I never lied to them about the medications I was taking, so she used the excuse I wasn't following office policies when she got angry because I needed a video appointment due to medical reasons. She never told me I had a balance and when she did I paid it immediately. And as far as being rude to staff I woke up not being able to walk I'm sure I was a little frantic when I clearly couldn't come into the office for an appointment and was denied a video appointment. They offered video appointments when there was to much construction near the office but not when I wasn't mobile. Makes no medical since. I had staff lie to me about contacting my mail in prescription pharmacy. The staff was horrible.
