E Bri: Hallmark is a dying breed. Stores are closing, but this location is still thriving.You can get similar novelty items at other stores for less. However, their greeting cards are the best line ever. I can spend hours (not kidding) looking at cards.This particular shop lets you roam throughout the store without having to be bombarded with staff asking if you need help every 2-3 min. I like that.I did find something here for a friend whose birthday happens to land on Feb 14th. Got her a Friends coffee cup, large enough to have a cup of soup. With the Friends TV show insignia on it, the price I paid was worth it.I went here with my father-in-law's girlfriend. She got a Christmas ornament for 95% off and something else. She had a store coupon and ended up paying only $0.27!! She is some kind of bargain hunter!!

John O'Brien: Terrible customer service.The two ladies working 11/23 at about 6:40 PM, told my wife they didn’t know how to return an item she had purchased, when she had the receipt and had just picked the item up the day before. When she asked them if there was a customer service number they could call, they told her “can’t you call”. She was very upset and said they were very rude. This is our second experience with rude customer service from employees from this store and will not be buying anything else from this store which is unfortunate.On the positive side, after spending about an hour in the store, customer service online was able to refund money in 3 minutes and ended up letting us keep the item as an apology for the rude customer service.
