It was an incredible value so I hired him on the spot. I have a huge walk-out ranch with giant 90's-style arched windows. I watched this guy basically sprint around my house with ladders just busting his tail in the dead heat of summer. Joan Emmendorfer: C and M installed gutters downspouts and leaf guards. Got a reasonable quote within a few days of contacting, I ok’d the quote. They came out next day to install. The workers were courteous and efficient. Cleaned up everything. Gutters look great work good too. Had some big rains after installation and was very happy with them. After no one showed, my husband called to ask an ETA and the representative said they’d be at our house in the afternoon. 5:00pm comes & still no one showed. After a second phone call asking an ETA the man said he didn’t know but they probably wouldn’t make it out to our house. The lack of communication is inexcusable by C & M. You wasted a potential customer’s time & left a bad impression. Had it only been an hour or so from the appointment time, I wouldn’t be as upset... but a whole day? And on top of that, no communication or apology? Absolutely absurd & unprofessional. We’ll be going with another company and make sure to not recommend C & M to those who ask in the future.

He didn't care if I gave him a bad review because it wouldn't be the first time. I guess business must be pretty bad since he can't afforded to give me my $100.00 back . He claims he ordered materials and can't return them? However after speaking with other gutter companies I was told that wicker is a very common color and he would definitely be able to use the materials on another job. I guess he needs my $100.00 for gas money to get to his next job?
Centracom: Jeez nothing like writing false reviews for your relative eh Kasha Kowal. Your relative Richard Kowal of discount seamless gutters is a ripoff and so is your relative Tom Kowal who runs affordable seamless gutters. Watch out for this family of ripoffs people. I called both for estimates. Richard stood behind his truck said blah blah blah and then broke out the calculator and came up with $1900 to hang $400 worth of materials and never measured a thing. His brother Tom who operates under affordable seamless gutters is just as big a ripoff. Tom feels he has the right to charge $360 for $60 worth of wood from menards. The total cost of materials both wood and gutters is less than $400. To be quoted $1900 from Discount and $2100 from affordable is just a plain outright ripoff.
