I waited about 10min for the receptionist to come back and she said, "Can you come back in like an hour, or reschedule?"I won't be returning. That was very UNPROFESSIONAL to do to me. She could've at least made a courtesy call to let me know she wasn't able to keep the appointment with me.

Alisha Ramona: I scheduled an appointment with Briana for a Brazilian wax. I filled out pre wax forms and waited patiently. The receptionist said she didn’t make it in yet. So I waited and then the receptionist said that Briana cancelled my appointment because she texted me last night to confirm my appointment. I have no text or missed calls from her. However I did receive a call 2 days ago for an appointment confirmation call and I thought that was all I needed to do.Very unprofessional. This would of been my first visit. Why would you cancel a person’s appointment due to you not being able to reach them to confirm anyways? If it’s a requirement then I can understand. But I honestly don’t have any missed calls or text messages from her or anyone at that business.Don’t book with Briana unless you want your appointment canceled the day of .Service:Brazilian waxing

A friend of mine goes here and her hair always looks amazing, and after several horrid haircuts from other establishments, I decided to give The Refinery a shot. OMG the BEST haircut I have EVER gotten! Kaylee was my stylist and she was amazing. My hair is long, thick, wavy/curly and she was so knowledgeable about how to cut it. Hanna Cook: Went to get my hair color corrected from brown to blonde. My hair ended up being blue/gray. Hair stylist also got blue all over blazer and just said sorry without offering to reimburse me. Told hair stylist i wanted beige blonde. Hair stylist gave me CPR to take home and do myself without any expression of fixing hair. Reached out THREE days in a row to have hair fixed and resolve situation. Manager out of office two days and then left a voicemail saying she wasnt available until the next day without any clarity on how to resolve situation. Sent clear photos and expression in a kind way. Third day asked for owner to return my call and still havent heard as of today.CLEAR LACK OF FOLLOW THROUGH with hair concerns.
